UPDATE: Sorry, guys! It looks like they are now canceling orders and there was a mistake in the promotional credit. All I can say is that I’m very confused and I’m not really understanding what the problem is. In the email I received it states I have $15 in rewards–with no minimum purchase listed.

    Anon @ 11:36. Well aware I am not paying for it, but they should honor the orders. I have looked through the email I was sent when I signed up and nowhere does it state anything about the purchase having to be $50. My order still says it is being processed. We shall see…….

    Has anybody thought the order is being canceled because they are out of stock? I was just on the site and it tells you how many items are left. Was looking at a puzzle and when I put it in my cart it said “10 items available will ship in 24-48hrs”

    i called customer service and the guy said that my order is still going through from what he can see. He said it shouldnt be a problem cuz i used my reward dollars (the promo code) i did pay shipping so that might have something to do with it. but its not showing up under my orders on my account. Guess i’ll just wait it out

    So when you pulls up one of the refer a firend links, it clearly states:

    so they have lied!!!

    My order was cancelled. I’ve written them back indicating that nothing in the email I received from them stated that $50 was required to be spent. We’ll see how they handle it.

    Talked to customer service for quite sometime…she kept going to talk with her manager…I used every angle of “it doesn’t say anywhere…you’re not honoring your own promotions…yes people are going to take full advantage- you should have thought that through before ordering…you realize none of us will ever order from your company again and your name will be trashed all over the internet.” Nothing. I didn’t really care about the cribbage board I ordered, but I do care about companies not honoring their own mistakes.

    No, you know what is turning out to be very disappointing lately Collin? That so many of your readers seem to have a ridiculous sense of entitlement.

    Collin works her tail off bringing our attention to deals that she comes across. I believe that weÂ’re all grown adults and should take it from there. She is not responsible for taking advantage of every offer she comes across first to make sure it will work for us, sheÂ’s talked numerous times about not spending money just because itÂ’s a deal. SheÂ’s not responsible for checking out every company/website she posts about. SheÂ’s not responsible for walking us through step-by-step every program/instant win game/every order check out (although often she does it out of the kindness of her heart). Get a grip people. You canÂ’t have everything ALL the time. Sometimes the deals work, sometimes they donÂ’t. ThatÂ’s the nature of the game. If you donÂ’t like it, donÂ’t come here and for the love of GOD stop giving Collin a hard time.

    I can’t believe that you people are complaining about your orders getting cancelled just because you missed out on an item being free. What about all the people that ordered items and actually intended to pay for a portion of it? That’s a bit greedy I think.

    And to whoever said it was illegal to cancel, where did you get that information? Any company has the right to refuse or retract an offer.

Let’s not forget that Collin does have a life other than helping all of us…she has a husband and 3 little ones to take care of.     It is impossible for everybody to get each & every deal. Some deals might work for some but not for others. If it didn’t work out for you, then just be on the lookout for the next deal rather than posting nasty comments.

    Collin posts the deals as soon as she hears about them so that we have a chance to get into it. If you want her to sit and verify the authenticity of each deal before posting, chances are : we won’t be getting many of the deals.

    Collin, there are a lot of us here who are really thankful for all the deals that you give us. So just ignore rude comments.

    I had two orders, one for me and one for my mom (different addresses and emails) Mine was canceled, I ordered the horses that were 15.99 + shipping. My mom’s however has not yet been canceled. She ordered an alarm clock that was around $23 + free shipping. So roughly $8 after rewards. Interesting…

    AND TO YOU COLLIN, keep the deals rolling! YOU’RE AMAZING!

    YOU people that criticize “deals” should just stop wasting your time b/c there is always a little risk in getting something free. They don’t always work out…DEAL WITH IT and STOP COMPLAINING!!! No one is forcing you to try your luck.

    I find it amusing that so many people think Collin is some savior for posting these deals…without considering that this is a business for her too…not just some hobby. She does get paid for advertising, etc. She does a great job and has one of the best blogs around…but let’s not forget that this is a job for her and she’s making money by doing it and having us read her blog.

    I find it interesting that people enjoy posting negative comments. I see it all over the place on the internet, not just here. It’s easy to post as an anonymous “person” with a rude remark. I just glaze over the negatives and smile at the postive remarks. I hope Collin doesn’t take the negative comments personally. Some people just enjoy being jerks.

Ok, I take that back, SOME of you had chosen items that you had to pay a little bit for, but so what. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. What’s so hard about that? You expect everything to be handed to you on your little silver platter…lets not forget that this little something was FREE (or close to it). I like the word someone earlier used…ENTITLEMENT.     I can understand how it got out of hand and they would have to cancel orders. I almost half-expected it. But it sure would have been nice of them to put some sort of explanation in the cancellation notice. All it said was “your order has been cancelled.” Um….ok.

    It was a nightmare trying to order online and my promo code did not work. I called their customer service and placed my order over the phone and they took the discount. They said they were having problems with their site.

    So i looked them up on BBB (better business burea) and i found the following:

    BBB processed a total of 352 complaint(s) about this business in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total 352 complaint(s) closed in the last 36 months, 108 were closed in the last 12 months.

    Numerous complains about the advertising scams. File a complaint on BBB.org. They should at least be punished by bad reviews.

    saw this deal right away this morning and got my $15 credit code before everyone started posting the deal being dead. Just placed an order this afternoon and so far, so good.
