I placed an order with them on 11/15/09 and it is showing still in production, when I contacted them they said they are backlogged with orders – I wouldn’t count on this one for Christmas !!!

I ordered a tie and placemat through them, and still can’t get ahold of them to get it replaced they turned out awful. Hope everyone has better luck with them that I did.

I ordered my Christmas pics through them almost a month ago and i still have not received them. I checked on order status and it said that when they are sent I will receive an email. Haven’t received one. I sent THEM an email asking about my pics 2 days ago and still haven’t received a reply. I’m really not happy with them. Not sure if I should order new Christmas photos from Walmart.

wow, sounds like there’s been some bad experiences there, that’s awful. I got the 50 free photo cards just before Thanksgiving and they turned out great, and got them super fast, like within 3 days. I ordered the mug yesterday for my son’s preschool teacher for Christmas, hope it turns out!
I got my 50 free cards super fast (ordered a week or so before Thanksgiving) and they were great quality. Figured I didn’t have anything to lose since they were totally free, but seeing the quality and CS issues on here makes me want to rethink actually paying for their products…
i got my stuff fast but the stuff I paid for I was not happy with an they have NO cs. you can e-mail them but they wont e-mail you back. My shipping was like 3days.

I got my free 100 prints from them, I still payed shipping 7.00 and they came glossy I ordered matte. They said they would replace them if I paid shipping there and back again….. Also no phone number on the website if you do have a problem you have to email them and it takes them at least a week to get back to you.
I went ot oder it ealier today the code worked but i noticed i ddeint have my debit card on me so i tried again now and it wont take the code

I ordered my mug on Thursday and got an email last night saying it had been shipped! I just hoped it turned out nice!
i tried to call the toll-free number and the lady said that i needed to go through the website. how frustrating!
Ebates has 20% cash back now, Dec. 14th but nicolesnickels code isn’t working. I used it a few days ago so, that could be why (since I already used it) or it is no longer valid.
my photo cards were okay from them. The photo that was on the card, I hadn’t printed out the photo prior to the cards so, I don’t know how they compare to a regular print. I love the options they offer for designing your own card & adding/picking extras to add.
A quick ? for the person who said their SeeHere photo products didn’t turn out well. Prior to making the mugs or other items, had you see a print of the photo(s) before putting those same photos on the mug? I’m wondering if your photo quality was good enough or if it was all SeeHere’s workmanship.
I just received my mug and I am very very pleased. I ordered it on Friday and received it today (Tuesday). What a great deal for $7. I want to order more….but the code has expired. Anyone else know of another code I can use?
