   I got one of these bracelets for the first time at a convention a couple of years ago and I couldn’t believe what I learned. You’re almost always exposed unless you’re in the house with curtains drawn. I got some for the kids (teenagers) after that and they quickly realized how often they need to apply sunscreen. They want a tan but after showing them some UV pics of my skin from the dermatologist, they got it.

    Click on Take the Promise and It says ‘Thank you for promising to practice safe sun. Your SPF indicator bracelet and free packette sample will arrive in 4-6 weeks.’ But they never took any of my information. I bet they are out of samples and just didn’t change the message.

    I putting together boxes of donation supplies for the hip2help tour… does anyone know what the cheapest/most effective way to send heavy boxes of items from pa to nc is???

  usps.com and search there FLAT RATE SHIPPING BOXES. If it fits in the box you want, it SHIPS! I use Flat Rate to send care packages to my boyfriend in Iraq. I sent 3, 44lbs boxes for $40 dollars. It’s wonderful! Good Luck! 🙂

  I put the bottles in ziplock bags, just in case they open, at least the mess in contained. Usually can fit 2 to 3 bottles per baggie.
