    I love the bargains on the products, however they each have separate shipping charges making the item less entising.

      SO TRUE! I live in the Midwest, and by the time we get the ‘deal’ it’s sold out, or the leftover colors are ugly. I wanted the knives so bad!!! And ordered 5 minutes after the announcement – SOLD OUT!!! What a crock. TODAY SHOW: Find vendors that have a lot of stock, not just a few to get rid of!!! I am so disappointed!

        I tried ordering knives & ran into same issue as everyone else but I also used my IPad at same time as my laptop and had no issue. Read comment from Today Show about using browser other then Internet explorer & now I know why I was able to order quickly and with no issue-IPad uses Safari. Also-I just ordered knives 5min ago and did not get message that they were sold out.

      I agree. I rather find other deals that have no shipping cost or buy several things at one website and add up to the free shipping for sure!!

    Tried 4 times to order the throws…and they are sold out…seems like a come on when they KNEW they were going on the Today Show!!

      You can buy the blankets at Costco for about the same price and they are much larger. You get more for you dollar that way and NO shipping charges.

      I went on to order throws and said they were sold out but when I tried again I got threw and was able to order all the colors I wanted.

    jill;s segment on my local tv station doesn’t start until 10:00 am everytime i try to order items — i get message sold out !! I wonder if all stations run the segment at the dame time

      add the today show on on facebook. i’m on the road to work by the time the segment is on and only know about the steals until i get to work.

      Watch Today Show website for Steals and Deals posting -don’t wait for show to air if you live outside EST. Yes we may lose 5 min from air time to posting but still a better option then waiting for show to air in other time zones

    In the listing above, it states that blankets will arrive in time for Christmas. However, when you go to the site and add the blankets to the cart, there is a message in fine print that states it may take 3-4 weeks to ship. In addition, only the giraffe print was left. I live in the central zone and immediately went online after seeing the segment on TV. I do see in the listing above there is an editor’s note that some colors have been sold out as of 10am Eastern time. Unfortunately, it appears that the steals and deals are only beneficial to the Eastern time zone.

      What I have done in the past when they say they are sold out is call the company directly. Most are very accommodating and I have been able to get the products I’m interested in, or I have received comparable products.

      Don’t wait for Today Show to air in your time zone-keep watching the Today Show website for Steals and Deals to be posted. Yes we may lose 5 minutes between actual air time and posting but it is faster then waiting for it to air in a different time zone other then EST

      I to went on within a minute of the airing of Jill’s specials and tried to order the blankets…and as you said…3 to 4 weeks shipping as of today and NONE were available. How disappointing! What’s the point of the segment if it’s not even valid!

      back with sold out.this is is ripoff..this isnt the first time I tried ordering from Jill Steals and Deals..it’s always the same garbage.
      when on to order the blankets same deal..I should have know better.

        but the east coast airs the today show live. in the central time zone, it’s at least an hour later. and to top it off! when i’m thru with the 7-9 segment of the show, it THEN goes to live with kelly and i get the 3rd segment of the today show (with the steals & deals, etc.) at 10 am, still another hour later than the east coast! it’s frustrating! i ordered a sheet set a few weeks ago and was surprised at how light the box was! it’s a queen size set, and although i love it, i also hate it! i don’t know how old the the set is, but it barely covers my mattress! and i don’t have a deep mattress! it feels really nice to sleep in, but you have to wash it in cold water on the delicate cycle. not really a problem there except that i can’t throw them in with other sheets from the family. just venting i guess. but i agree, they should have more quantity available. 🙂

    Maybe this can be reported to the BBB and they can do something. No one should sell something that’s defective with no refund allowed. I’ve contacted the today show and jill with no avail about the problems and quality of their offered products.

    Knives were an issue and unsure if my card was processed or not. I got a note AFTER processing the card saying they were sold out and removed from the cart, however, there was another item in the cart I would certainly not have purchased if I wasn’t getting the knives and I have no idea what I did or did not purchase

    Stuck at processing order 30 minutes. 1st time ordering and last time. Wonder how quickly CC will be processed???? Really don’t know what to do.

      I’m not sure what to do either. My order has been processing for almost an hour. I’m afraid to cancel, for the fear that my card may be charged and they will be sold out.

      I cancelled my order for the 3rd time and placed it again and it went through. So just try cancelling and redoing it a couple times. i have only gotten the 1 confirmation email, so I know it only went through once.

    I like the deals but what keeps me from ordering is the shipping costs and the no return/exchange policy. The shipping cost is too high to really make it a steal and not being to at least exchange the product is a no no for me because it would be nice to exchange the product for another size if need be.

      I took a screen shot of the final payment page. I didn’t end up buying it, because it’s not a deal anymore after you factor in shipping. $45 for a set of knives doesn’t seem right. I also noticed no refund, no return all sales are FINAL? What company in this day and age does all sales final? According to BBB ANY product or service, regardless what the company says is returnable within 30 days. There is buyer protection.

    Just ordered the knife set – received an email confirmation also – it just took a few tries – make sure you are putting the code in and checking add to cart right away – I agree the shipping was a little a high – hopefully the knives will be worth it! time will tell.

      I agree with the shipping, but to make it worth the while I also ordered the peeler, cutting board and the extra knife, believe me is WORTH IT! I’m so happy for all of us that ordered the knives 🙂

    I also very upsit with TODAY not checking out the knives sales. Tried twice stuck on processing. Not sure what happened to the orders or my credit card number. TODAY should be ashamed of not checking these suppleries out. Even if they have nothing to do with the product they represented the rpoduct by putting it on their show. Sounds like TODAY people have great deal of unhappy people because they didn’t due their homework. Bad deal. Should have know better when it toke me 10 min. to fine the code number. Is the TODAY that desperate to lead people on?

    My top 3 choices of blanket color was sold out, however I did find 2 in a different color and order went through and I recieved my confirmation e-mail. I also bought the knive set and had no problem on website- and receieved my confirmation.

    I just added the peeler for 5.95 onto knives order. After checking out it flashed a message that knives were sold out and they were removed from my order. So…I probably just paid 12.95 shipping for a 5.95 item. I feel ripped off.

    The blankets were added to my cart but when I went to check out it said it could take 3-4 weeks to ship. That doesn’t sound like guaranteed Christmas delivery.

    I never had a problem with the knives. It got stuck on the processing page, but went through the 2nd time. Shipping is NOT high, considering that it’s a wooden block holder.

    I’m not ordering from these “Steals and Deals” anymore. The only “Steals” are from the customer. I’ve ordered several things. A pearl necklace that was supposedly worth $100.00’s looks like cheap costume jewelry. Bangle bracelets that were sub standard metal and would fit a toddler, I have two orders that I’ve been waiting on since Sept. that I’ve had no response to and “beautiful” scarves that finally came and are flimsy, cheap printed T-shirt fabric. All at inflated shipping cost and final sales…..no thanks. I’ve had all the “deals” I can afford.

    Come on, Jill! These sound like great deals until you add in the high shipping charges! Surely you can find some better steals and deals like you used to do……..haven’t really been many good ones lately after the shipping charges and the “immediately sold out” or “limited choice of leftovers” issues.

    A $13 blanket is a steal….however, you can get a comparable blanket on sale in most department stores for less than $21.95, which is price after adding shipping.

      Yup. Bought a very nice, large one for a friend for Christmas. $19.99 on sale at Kohl’s. I was able to look at the item carefully in the store and touch it to make sure it was soft. Also, my friend can return it if she doesn’t like the color or doesn’t prefer a blanket as a gift.

    I love the knives, however the shiping is way to high. I tend to buy if the shipping is reasonable. But 27.99 is a bit much.

I’ve been trying since 9:45 am on Mozilla and keep getting stuck on “processing”. Tried emailing them at the address on their site “CSTodayshow@worldclassknifeset.com” and had it returned that there is no such address.

    I have ordered merchandise two different times and both times I was very dissatisfied. Neither time was the ordered merchandise even worth the offered price. I won’t make the mistake of ordering again.

    I’ve been ordering from your fabulous ‘Steals and Deals’ since it’s inception and had 100% satisfaction with every product. Here comes the BUT…
    But, have noticed recently (especially Today, Dec6) the Shipping costs are getting higher & higher? It was always an added feature that the shipping was so reasonable but, of late it has begun to negate the ‘Deal.’ I realize a wooden block of Knives is heavy, thereby costly but the 4’x5′ blanket for $13.00 ended up to be $21.99!! I’m canceling my order.
    Please, Ms. Martin, re-address the ‘Low Cost’ shipping with your suppliers. I’ve read many other comments such as mine, I hate seeing the ‘Deals’ disappearing due to shipping costs.

    I don’t think the knives are a deal since you can go to the company’s website at http://www.miracleblade.com & the same thing is only $40 and you get a free set of flatware included. This is an “as seen on tv” product. There’s deals on those types of things all the time.
