    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oops! Sorry about that… going to fix now.

  2. leslie

what zipcode do i use for the nabisco?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It was previously available under zip 44240 but it looks like it is no longer available 🙁

  3. amy

the cortaid was $2 at my walmart only good thing they had! so i got $1 overage!

    • Leann

Where do u find this Cortaid product? The only one I could find was by the bandages and were $4.98!

      • Krissy

        $4.98 at mine too!

  4. Morganne

Also, at our Walmart we have the Malt-O-Meal cereal $1 bags and there is a $1 of 3 coupon, making for some cheap cereal. It’s the sugary kind, but I don’t mind keeping a few bags on hand for “those” days 🙂

    • Amy

      I hear ya!

  5. Jen Jones

I just have to say….the Walmarts in Vancouver and Woodland do not seem coupon friendly…..I tried 4 sep Walmarts last weekend and was even stopped by a fellow couponer who warned me that Walmart will pull all merchandise from their shelves if they know it will be a freebie or money maker.
I don’t think its worth the time, effort, or gas to make a Walmart run.

I was so excited when I heard they matched competitors ads but if they are not going to offer the products what benefit is that to us?

    Anyone else have similar experiences?

    Jen J

    • Sari

I often wonder the same thing… It seems like they never have the yes to carrots lip balm anymore and it used to always be right by the register…. until I got my coupon?!

      • Petra

I agree, there have been a lot of $2.00 of any schick razors, and Walmart has them for $1.97. I check for them every time I go and haven’t seen them for 5 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in Ramsey, MN and my Walmart (Elk River) doesn’t carry the Benefiber does any one know if they carry them at any Walmarts near here.

        • Becky

I’ve noticed that on some things, but not all. Lately, with the KY coupons, they always seem to be out, but I snagged 2 last week. I just figured some other couponer cleared the shelves.

        • kiki

It’s not couponers clearing shelves here….the Walmart managers say that the Schick is a “warehouse out” and I’ve also been told by the staff that Schick had a shortage. However in checking with Schick corporate I was told differently….hmmmmm

      • LL

Sari, I used my Yes To Carrots cpn at Walgreens & my mother used hers at Target to purchase the lip balm/butter. I paid .28 after cpn at Walgreens, but still a great deal for their products and we had no problem because it is a manufacture cpn. HTH 🙂

    • fawn

the walmarts in longview arent much better. I talked to a manager in the 38th walmrt and they said because they are considered a new store (even though all they did was remodel) they are the last to get shipment. I have just stop making a special tri there and if i have something else to get i have a seperate Q holder for my walmart stuff and just bring it with me. What really sucks is our little target’s prices are much higher on the freebies then walmart so they aren’t free very often. Good luck and thanks for the heads up so i don’t travel down south to try. Good Luck

    • Anne

I am a couponer…and a Dept Manager at Walmart. Trust me, we don’t “pull” a product because of a coupon. WE WANT PRODUCTS TO BE PURCHASED! WE WANT OUR BONUS! Come in early Sunday morning and see all our fellow ‘greedy’ couponers buying 10-15 or more of a good deal such as the razors. Or how about clearing the shelf of the Benadryl itch relief stick….who needs that many of those, especially since they expire! I personally think that if more people would be a bit more considerate, and realistic about how many of a product they need we all could get in on the good deals!

      • Bev

I’m glad to be able to ask an actual Walmart employee/couponer this question…These new bar codes that print from coupons.com will not scan at Walmart. For example, all the new Glade coupons that was posted recently. What can I do to be able to use them there? That is where I do most of my couponing.

        • Anne

They should except them no matter what! If they don’t scan they can put them in manually using the ‘vendor coupon’ button. Do not let them tell you otherwise!!

          • SavvyShopper

That is exactly what happened to me! I finally found 2 packages of the razors and she said, “I have to put this in as a vendor coupon.” Thanks for the heads up Anne!

          • Stacy

Thank you for the advice re: the “vendor coupon” button, Anne. The last time I was at Walmart, the employee told me that they will only accept a printable coupon if it “scans” on it’s own.” That just didn’t seem right to me. I appreciate your help so much!!

      • SavvyShopper

Thanks Anne for that insight! I have 3 coupons for the KY and the razors and have checked 4 Walmarts with no luck! Good to know. I’ll keep my coupons and hope for better luck next time. I wish people would learn to be less “extreme” about their couponing!

        • Anne

Yup, that’s the other thing that bugs me! If the coupon is good for months, and the item is at the regular price, why clear the shelfs….you’ve got weeks or months to get the item! Less ‘extreme’ would be great!

          • Valerie

Anne, last night I had a manufacturer q for diapers, as well a target q for them. I’m well aware that WM takes competitor coupons. The cashier looked at it and says, “nope. We don’t take this. It doesn’t have an address.” after a confusing conversation I figured out she meant the address stores send coupons to for redemption. Anyway, I told her, “of course it doesn’t have an address. It is a store coupon. Your coupon policy states that you accept comp. Q’s. You just have to adjust the price of the product.” Still not budging, she says, “nope. We no longer do that.” she pointed to a simplified version of the q policy by the register and said, “see, right here it says…” and I was fuming, so I can’t remember what she said. I pointed 2 or 3 lines down on the sheet and said, “but right here, it says that you do in fact accept comp. Q’s.” she says matter of factly, “besides, you have 2 q’s for diapers. We only accept one q per item.” so… Sorry for the long question, but can you explain that? They call it “stacking” for a reason!! The only thing I could logically come up w/ is that since target barcodes… Sorry, just realized it was a walgreens q… Won’t scan at walmart, they have to find the item, subtract the q amount, and do it sort of like an ad match… Therefore it’s not really a q! Is this so? Or what’s the deal w/ stacking at WM? Another issues I’ve had, when you print targets q’s, they say ‘target web q’ in place of ‘manufacturer’. I’ve had a cashier tell me they wouldn’t accept that as a comp q because it was only to be used online… Because it said ‘web’… Ha! I said, “okay… Then please explain why there’s a barcode on it instead of q code. I don’t have a barcode scanner attached to my computer, so how would I use this q online? Not to mention, the q is for LIGHTBULBS! First, they don’t sell lightbulbs online, second, if they did, who would order them?!” I told her the only reason it said web was bc I printed it online… She was so hateful, but she was also infuriated with me. I think it was because all of my points were valid and she knew I was right! She ended up letting me use it! Anne you seem like a wonderful employee, wish they were all like you! Just hate that on all the commercials WM prides itself on being the lowest price around and backs that by ad match, etc., yet the cashiers treat ya horribly! Even when you can PROVE that you are right, they’re awful! None of them are trained on the q policy. Ugh! it makes me so mad to spend hours on a list, then be treated like a theft or turned down on using q’s!!!

            • Valerie

One more thing! On the lightbulb q!! Why would I have been required to PRINT a q I was going to use online? Isn’t one of the pros of the web that it’s paperless?! So… I go to target.com, print my lightbulb q, purchase them, then throw the paper away… Mmmmhmmm…. The paper w/ no online coupon code…lol 😉

            • Cas

              Hi-

They do take competitor coupons, but only if it lists an item for a specified price. For example; Dish dawn soap, $1. They will not take it if it says, Dish dawn soap, $1 off.
https://walmartstores.com/7655.aspx go to this website and look under •Competitors’ coupons. If you choose to download the coupon policy in the PDF it will give an example and on the right side there is a picture demonstarting what they do not accept. Hope that helps.

            • ashkins85

I totally agree & I’m soo sorry you had such a horrible experience with coupons at Wal-Mart. I happen to be an employee myself and we haven’t been trained on the coupon policy. We pretty much have to learn stuff as we go & it causes so much confusion and stress on both parties. I think it’s dumb that they haven’t trained us better on a lot of stuff we should know. For example almost all our cashiers just learned how to computer 75% off through our registers instead of trying to figure it out in our heads and some of these people have been working there for over 20 years! Personally, I think they need to either find a way to get us trained better on it or at least provide printouts at our registers of the policy. I’m soo glad I saw this though because I’m just now getting into this coupon craze myself and it has been informative.

            • Valerie

Cas, thank you for your input. I have apparently been ripping WM off, because I have used a ton of Target Q’s like the ones I mentioned. However, I have had several cashiers tell me that yes, they do take them. I have seen the WM Q policy PDF (that you are talking about), but just assumed that was an example. It’s very frustrating when one cashier knows what they’re talking about, or so they think, and tells you you are doing it right, then another tells you something different. I legitimately though I was in the right, but here all along I’ve been using comp. q’s incorrectly. Luckily I don’t use a ton of them. I guess I can’t blame myself if I was told I was doing it right! In regards to the cashier I had the other night, she was still obviously in the wrong by telling me they don’t take comp. q’s at ALL– what’s even more infuriating is when I pointed TO the Q policy and proved her wrong, she still said they didn’t accept comp. q’s! What?!?! I completely agree that the cashiers lack training in q’s. It’s very frustrating that customers are treated like the bad guys because the stores can’t properly train their employees on a policy they speak so highly of. Thank you Cas and Anne for your input on this. REALLY wish the stores were full of employees like you both!!!

            • Quisha

They do accept competitor coupons but it must say manufacturer coupon on it. Like if you get a catalina for tp at walgreens or something and it has “walgreens” printed on it, it must also have “manufacturer coupon” printed on it. I wish I could upload a picture of one, I never understood it at first but then once I started seeing the catalinas I understood, although they aren’t all necessarily catalinas.

              • Cas

From my understanding that is considered a manufac coupon then, not a store coupon.

        • kiki

What I question is….how environmentally-responsible is that to drive to 4 Walmarts for razors and KY….doesn’t feel good to be judged, does it?

          • Shannon

Well since I’m not the only one looking for KY and Collin posts about other uses, I’m far from from feeling judged. And You are assuming I’m driving all over town when you have no idea where I live or where I work and the close proximity to my stores.

            • kiki

Well, I’ll apologize for assuming that your 4 Walmarts are not next door to each other in your town, which they most likely aren’t. Our Walmarts aren’t right next door to each other and you do need to drive across town to visit more than 1, which in every state I’ve lived in, is the case.

          • Nichole

Don’t judge. My stepfather has a catheter and uses both the KY for insertion and the disposable razors to shave another treatment area. Disposables are guaranteed sanitary, and although it might not be the “environmentally friendly” area, the risk of infection is just too great otherwise.

      • Amy

Hi! I live in a rural, friendly area and there are two walmarts that I visit often. I work nights and go when I get off about midnight. I take my ads and my coupons and try to cash out with cashiers that know my face. As soon as I go to check out I apologize that this is going to take awhile, ask them how they’ve been, and treat them with a lot of respect. After all, I’m ad matching everything, stacking coupons and it’s a pain for them. I have NO PROBLEM. I actually prefer walmart because I can get it all done in one trip instead of running from store to store. I also have never had the shelves cleared, and I never clear a shelf. 4 at a time, 4 more next time, if i want. My Walmart checkers are laid back, so nice, and will do anything to try and help me score that deal. Just go when it’s slow, and be polite. A smile will get you a long way 🙂

      • kiki

You automatically assume people are greedy because they buy 10 or 15 razors. Large families do go through a lot of product. It’s so nice to hear that Walmart staff think that that is greedy, rather than being thankful that customers like us support you and your job, so you can support your families.

        • SavvyShopper

I am a customer who continues to look for these occasional freebies, and when they are gone for months because of those who do “extreme” stockpile, it can be frustrating to both the consumer and the employees who have to deal with those who can’t find the items. I was finally able to pick up 2 packages tonight, which have 12 razors each. What I question is – how many razors could one person possible need? 10-15 packages is 120-180 razors! If you change your razor every 3-4 weeks, like I do, that’s one package for a year! Does this mean you have 10-15 people in your family? Clearing the shelf is not positively looked upon on this site.

          • kiki

Check your math…10-15 razors is 1-2 PACKAGES of razors….neither “extreme” nor shelf-clearing, since there aren’t any on the shelf to begin with….which is the point. The size of my family or the frequency of razor use is none of your business, but thank you so much for judging me and jumping to conclusions. You don’t know anything about me. Judging isn’t looked upon positively either, yet ye be judged.

            • Shannon

Well I’ll apologize for the confusion. The post was about the $1.97 packages of razors, which have 10-15 razors each. I read it as a customer, not you, whoever, needed 10-15 packages.

            • kiki

Thanks….yeah 10-15 razors is plenty for our large family for quite awhile. 10-15 packages would mean I would never buy razors again…or have space to store all of them! LOL Once a month when I shop at Walmart I check to see if they have any in and the space where they are sold is always, always empty….perhaps permanently? Guess I’ll have to pick another brand to buy at some point in the future.

    • kiki

That seems so wrong to me….how long can Walmart do this and keep their customers??

  6. Willa

For people living in Texas, HEB has the Ken’s 9oz salad dressing on sale for $1. Better price.

  7. Nicole Cleveland

I have been looking for the benefiber $1.97 for a couple weeks now can not find it in my area. Has anyone else found these?

    • Tabatha

I am In Virginia an have searched 3 walmarts for those benefiber sticks, lol…. No luck over here either, 🙁

      • Danielle

I live in Virginia as well and can’t find them. I think it’s regional.

        • SavvyShopper

In VA and can’t find most of those “freebies!”

      • kiki

I called 4 Walmarts in our area, than driving to each one, and they don’t have any Benefiber stick packs at all.

    • Jessica

In Pennsylvania, CVS has the Benefiber sticks 3 pack for $1.49. My CVS doesn’t adjust coupons down so I still get the overage. 🙂

  8. leslie

I found Nabisco on Smartsource! I got to print one out and in the Ft.Worth Star Telegram, we had the $2/3 nabisco. My little one-year old loves to eat crackers, or rah-rahrererererers, as she calls them. 🙂

  9. Kristy

My Walmart has. Been conveniently out of stick of benefiber packets and kY

  10. Kayla

My Walmart takes the price label off of the items that are free or money maker so unless you already know about the deal there is no way you would catch it and even then I still have to run around checking the price to make sure they didn’t change it on me, needless to say I don’t shop there often. It does throw up a red flag when I see something without a price now that I have noticed they do this so it actually helps me with things I may have missed

    • kiki

That is cool that you figured out their system!! Our Walmart puts a big red dot sticker on all the (empty) moneymaker item shelf stickers, which is our tipoff here. They are always out of those items for months.

  11. April

I just tried to use the 2/3.00 Nabisco coupon on the snack crackers and Walmart said I couldn’t because it didn’t match the picture on the coupon! HUH?

I would ask to have a managers help and have them read the coupon.

My advice to anyone who is having problems with uneducated cashiers at Wal-Mart, get their name and contact Corporate. I did this a few weeks ago, and received an email from Corporate and a call from the store manager that I filed a complaint against.

      • vanessa

hi could you please give me the email or phone # you used for corporate? I have emailed them 2 times and havnt heard a thing back from them! It makes me think corporate are just as mean as the walmart cashiers! Thank you so much!

        • Anne

1-800-Walmart…provided by a friendly Walmart employee.

          • MA

Thank you so much, Anne, for the phone number. Was wishing I had it on my phone a couple weeks ago. My store is usually very coupon friendly…and then I had an unknowing cashier and CS rep, who were also basically telling me, of course, that I was wrong. And don’t get me wrong, that is not unheard of, but not that time! 🙂 Was wishing I could help educate them for other couponers.

Hey gals I work for Walmart and I know that the $1.97 razors are ALWAYS out of stock, they are a best seller. And believe me with how hectic and crazy everything is at Walmart l know that they are not pulling the items on their shelves. I work there and even have a hard time getting the deals too.

    • Anne

Amen sister! Glad someone else who works for Walmart is on here saying the same thing I did!

  13. Jan

I never seem to be able to find the cheaper prices in Central Texas. I checked six Wal-Marts yesterday and they all had the higher prices. Congratulations to those of you who are able to find things. Fortunately they are great about price-matching.

    • Michelle

Hey Jan! I am moving to Harker Heights and the end of the year. If I’m correct, it seems the only grocery stores around the area are HEB. Are there any good savings blogs out there for HEB?

      • Tabatha

Good times there……I was in copperas cove. Nice area Harker Heights

      • Cassie

I haven’t found anything better than the HEB forum on afullcup.com. It’s helpful and informative. It’s hard to go from Kroger stores to HEB which doesn’t have as many great deals but I’ve gotten used to it. (I’m in S Tx btw). Good luck!

Does anyone know if you can use more then 1 coupon pre item at walmart? Heres my idea. The Uncle Bens whole grain brown rice items are 1.84 I have 2 coupons for “$1 of 2″ of them but I also have a coupon” buy 3 get one free” from last weeks paper. Will walmart honor all those?

    • Ashley57

Collin posted a video about doing this – she does not post deals where you are using two coupons tied to one item unless one is a store coupon and one is a manu. coupon. In this scenario, you should buy 5 of the ready rice and then get the one item free to use all of the coupons.

At my Walmart the HB laday said that they may not be selling any more of the $1.97 razors they havent been in stock for over 3 months now. I figure they must be going under on them.
Also i cant find the benefiber sticks i cant find i wish i could tho.

    • Anne

OK, I’m not sure what you mean by ‘going under on them, but if you mean Walmart is losing money on the deal they are not! Think about it people…..we will get $2.08 back from the manufacturer for the $2.00 coupon even if we sold the product for $1.00! And just an IFY…not every store sells everything……the Walmart I work at has never carried the benefiber sticks.

  16. Jesse

I just went to both Walmarts in my town (NE GA) and couldn’t find the Benefiber sticks at either location 🙁 And I second what everyone else is saying about Walmart- our two stores have been out of the $1.97 razors for months and months.
Oh well, life goes on 🙂

  17. Mary

I work for Walmart and I haven’t heard about “pulling items and tags” from the shelf..I do know when there is a high value coupon that makes an item free it clears the shelf super fast.Yes we get trucks all the time however sometimes the item is out of stock due to high demand and low supply. My Walmart is very coupon friendly and all the cashiers know to treat the couponers with respect and ofcourse when in doubt of a coupon to ask for help.

    • kristin

I couldn’t find the benefiber sticks either…any suggestions for where I might look?

    • kiki

Available on walmart.com, but not at walmart stores….but then they have different warehousing, so the store will say “warehouse out” but you can find them online at walmart.com, or at least you could last week.

  18. Carie

We’ve had lot of K-Y Jelly at my Wal-mart
! I shop at a smaller store so I haven’t even looked for the Benefiber sticks.

  19. Claudia

Thanks Anne, all your comments are very helpful! My Walmart in the mountains of Colorado doesn’t carry a lot of things…they are smaller than a typical Walmart, and I feel lucky when I can find the great deals that are posted on this and other sites. I do have to say, they always have the Schick razors!

  20. Laura

I just wanted to say that I went to Walmart today and Open Season was in the 5 dollar bin… The coupon to get Planet 51 at Target could also be used for this movie at Walmart for only 2 bucks..

  21. Ann

Be sure to watch your receipts closely. For the past 2 trips shopping at 2 different Walmarts I was charged more than what the shelf tag showed. 1 store I had this issue so much I called Corporate for I had never got anywhere with the store manager. She ALWAYS blames the issues on the Vendors. Well this was NOT Vendor items. Basicly it fell on deaf ears at corporate also for all they did was have the manager call me and I had already told Corporate that the manager makes excuses and places blame on others and will not accept the problems of the store. Received call from manager and she argued it was the proper price until I brought in picture that was taken that same day of the shelf tag. Been in that same store once since and still had the issue on another item. This is not just a few cents either. It ranges from .20 to 1.09 an item and I purchased more than 1 of these items. Imagine how many do NOT look at their receipts and get taken advantage of.

    • kiki

Check your receipts if you price match too….lots and lots of cashier errors…so frustrating!

  22. Kristen

The nabisco coupons on the smart source website says 9 oz or larger and the $1 ones are 4 oz

  23. Christie

    Hormel 28oz. Party Tray $10
Use the $3/1 coupon found here
    Final cost $7!
*This would be perfect for Super Bowl parties!

This coupon has been listed as “print limit reached” for the past couple of days but the Wal Mart deals were just posted yesterday. Is there a zip code I can use to print it? 🙂

I love how everyone thinks the evil walmart is doing some kind conspiracy. They get the money back from the coupon so they welcome the sales! I find that if I want a freebie I just wait until just about the time the coupon is about to expire. Most people who really want to cash in do it immediately and then run out of coupons. I did this with the razors last time. I think I had a couple of days left on my coupons and went in and the bin was full. For the K-Y, they always seem to have 3.00 coupons so I have been in on that deal many times – I figure if I miss this one I’ll get the next one. I have a small store so they may only carry 5 of those at a time anyway so a couple of couponers isn’t greedy or shelf clearing – lol. Since our store is smaller I know they just aren’t going to have some things – the benefiber probably, but I take my coupons with me and then if I find it I’ll have them. One other thing I do – we live in an area that we rarely get the good coupons so when there are really good ones I buy the inserts online. Since our area doesn’t get those coupons I’m usually golden. We didn’t get the 3.00 nabisco or the bic coupons here but I ordered them so got ALL the bics and wheat thins I wanted and still didn’t clear the shelves.

    • Erin D.

How do you buy inserts online? thanks.

    • kiki

I really don’t think there’s a conspiracy, I just find it odd that the stores don’t carry items you can find on their online site, and the items are consistently low cost, free, or moneymakers that would give you overage in your basket of groceries. Seems like better business to keep items in the stores rather than go 5-6 months with an empty shelf. I was told by my store manager to order the item on the online site, return it to the store so I can use my manufacturer’s coupons, and that is the only way to get the item before the coupons expire.

  25. elena

Just went on facebook to Walmart page and wrote them “an idea” to educate the employees about their coupon policy. So if you’d like to join me or share your idea….head to their facebook and go to feedback on the left. You’ll find my “share an idea” there….united we’ll stand

Finally my store has some stock in for the razors and I scooped up a few packages excitedly. My store had the 10 pack with 2 free bonus making it a 12 pack. Inside the package was a coupon for $3 off any schick 12 pack s2? or whatever kind of razor it. I’m wondering if the coupon in the razors would end up being a $1.03 mm if it’s valid. Has anyone else gotten this Q and used it? Thanks!

    • kiki

Yes I have those coupons for $3.00 off the ST-2 razors in the 2 pkgs I received from their online site. The $3 Q inside the 10 + 2 razor pack is for the ST2 razors, so it would not be valid on the 10 + 2 packs for $1.97 at Walmart. If you look at the package, 10 of the razors in that pack are the cheaper disposables, and the 2 bonus razors in the pack are the more expensive ST2 disposables.

Our Walmart is awesome! They are really great at taking coupons!
