It wouldn’t let me change the state to MS. I had to choose any state Georgia or before (alphabetized).
Thanks Collin this is the only food that agrees with our Boxer and saving some money on it or getting any for free is rare! I had no problems getting it.
ok it was just the core grain free that was gone for small dogs, the rest seem still available.
I just did it a few minutes ago, it worked then. I was able to get my dog grain free turkey and potato. Thanks for posting this!

Worked for me in Firefox– use their calendar to choose a date manually. Also, be sure to choose their product at the bottom and then hit submit.

U must enter a single digit month if your birthday is single digit, for instance for august it is just 8 not 08/ 😉 that worked for me, also two digit year

Lets not forget this is the food that was just RECALLED because of Salmonella! The same food my dog was on and made him very sick!
None of the Wellness foods tested positive for Salmonella. They voluntarily recalled the large breed puppy line becuase it may have had contact with Diamond Pet Food’s products (which did test positive).
The FB page said they are working out the kinks in the form and there are still samples left. Check back after they figure out the problems.
Ok, I FINALLY got it to work. Entered bday as: 01/01/1980 (manually) and once all that is entered and you hit the button, then you get to scroll down and select your food, then select again below that. All that was left for me was kitten food, so I am donating that to my local Animal Control since I don’t have a kitten, but they really need kitten food right now, so win-win!
