I did go in and change my email preferences to allow emails from shoprunner so that I might score this deal in the future again! If you didnt get the email, contact customer service that you mistakenly didnt check the email preferences but you just changed it?

ok so this is how it goes. You have to have 3 or more transactions each totaling 50 dollars or more. All of mine I saved and never paid more than 50 dollars and soooo I was told I am not eligible. So sad 🙁
Who told you this? Mine was extended till 12/31/2013 and I only had a few transactions, none of which were over $50. (Also I did not get an email, I just logged on to check the expiration date)
well that’s odd. I just logged into my acct and it says my membership will renew 12/31/13! I never got an email saying it was extended (yet) only one at the beginning of the month saying my membership ends 12/31/12 and to renew I needed to make the year payment, which I never did. I never spent more than $30 on any order.
Where do you check expiration date on your account?
Judi, that’s a different promotion. I haven’t used mine in months but I think they’re trying to keep their membership numbers up and they’re renewing people that are set to expire. It will be a happy day if they finally add Ulta!

Just in case you didn’t get the email, you can cancel your current membership and then restart a membership using the code RUNNER for another free year.

Mine says it will auto-renew Nov 2013. I don’t remember giving CC info. Anyone had this over a year? How will they auto-renew me?
Without credit card information, they won’t be able to. You can turn off auto-renew. That’s what I did. In your account if there’s nothing listed under credit cards, they have no payment information for you on file.
I didnt get an email so I signed into my account. Says it doesn’t expire till 1/2014. How can I make sure it didn’t charge me? I show as “do not automatically renew”
Make sure you change your account to ‘Do Not Renew Automatically’. When Shoprunner extended us a free year they changed the preferences to ‘Renew Automatically’
