The UPC in the post is from the beer (checked it in my fridge), the code in the T&C is for legality since you can’t be required to buy beer for this kind if thing in certain states. You’ll be fine whichever you used.

Mine went through but I’m wondering about the beer purchase thing in the terms and conditions as well as the UPC code being different in the terms and conditions? Guess I’ll have to wait and see 🙂

It looks like it is okay for all states, the states listed have to enter a special UPC.

Got mine! It takes a REALLY long time for each page to load, but eventually it works!
You just have to be patient it seems….. after 10 minutes and filling out the info on a couple of screens, I finally got mine – hooray! 🙂

It worked for me. A little lagged however went through, I am in IL.
Got min. took about 5 min. to get the form then another 3 to get confirmation page. Just be patient. Thank u Collin. Got my Dewars glass a mo. ago.

Cindy, there was a page to fill out with name & address info, weird you didn’t get that.

You do not have to live in one of the states listed above – please read carefully on the site. Residents of those States do not have to purchase the beer and are given a special UPC code to enter. I believe this works for more than just the states listed in the “Update.” I’m in Maryland, and it appears to have worked for me with the barcode Collin listed
The site was a bit slow for me, but I have confirmation. I live in NH and used the original UPC code posted. I have a great pint glass collection (most from local breweries or 5K runs), and I’m excited to add these when they come.
The fine print says “Must be a resident of the 50 United States/D.C., 21+ to participate”, so all states are eligible. The states listed just don’t require a beer purchase, like Judi stated above.
