If you are getting the message you don’t qualify you might be using the wrong code. I was using the wrong code at first but then found the right code on another site for my state!

The code in the OP should work for everyone. The code in the later post is only for No Beer Purchase required states as listed. Had no problem just doing this for WA using an actual UPC code (per the OP). Friend did one who lives in OR using the alternate code and was fine too. HTH!
