I am confused. Wwhen I take advantage of these opportunities it does not reflect on my charge account. When I do a rent one get one my charge Is over $4 and credit never shows up. If it’s one free rental I get charged $1.28. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas.
Make sure the promotional code works before continuing. You should put in the code and on the checkout page it should show corrected balance. If it is showing the correct balance and you are being charged more, call their customer service. We always have good luck with calling. HTH
Can I use a free code with the BOGO code and get two movies for free?
No — kiosk and online only allows input of one promo code per transaction.
I’m pretty sure the code works even if you just get one…and it’s free. At least it has been that way with the last few B1G1 promos.
I can vouch for this. Just reserved a movie online and added the promo after choosing just one movie. Dropped my total to $0 and I checked out w/no problems.
So if you just get 1 they don’t ever charge you?
I mean for this one? If would really be 1 free?
Yes…if you just add one movie, then enter the promo code it will be free.
You still need a credit or debit card, but it’s just incase you dont return the movie the following day and they will charge for an extra day.
Just got one, and it is free! Thanks!
I just got one as well 🙂
FYI- when you rent a free movie you will have to enter your card info. With the banks I have, since I use two debit cards for these, it will hold $1 for free rentals until you return the movie.
Thanks y’all.
We usually rent Blu- Rays and get charged $.32 or so, so basically, it takes $1.00 off your purchase.
I was able to rent one for free too!
