Make sure you read the fine print! I also received the $20 credit but the fine print says it is off of a $30 order AFTER coupons are taken off!
How strange! They must be sending out lots of different promotions as the fine print of my $20 off code states “Offer is good for $20 off one qualifying merchandise order of $20 or more.”
Just read the fine print on mine but it looks like it is $30 after OTHER discounts but BEFORE this one?

Mine did as well, but further down in the fine print is the info for the $20.00 promo which states $20.00 off $20.00. The details for the $30 should be for the free shipping promo which they are also offering.
That’s how I understood it too, Jessica. There is a ton of repetitive fine print in the email, but all of the $30 mentions have to do with shipping promo.
It looks like I got both the $20 and $10 code? Not sure how they work but not planning to use them. I’d love to give them to someone who is looking to do something charitable or cool with them.
