Yes they do. I have actually sent several and they arrived promptly
I ordered birthday cards and even friendship cards at this price and I got thru shop at home – they give 10% so the cards actually come out to .89 each before shipping.
there is a 1.25 shipping and handling cost to send it to me? is there a cheaper way to get it or do I have to pay this?
If you send it directly to the recipient, it only costs the .49. You can even schedule when you would like it to arrive. I love cardstore, have never had a problem.
