Don’t waste your money! Spend a little more money and get a quality bobby. Bought this one and it was too thin and flimsy to assist at all. Never used it, used my boppy.

  2. Anny

I looked reviews on these pillows and it seems these nursing pillows are of low quality and quite small compared to the boppy (which I have purchased for a friend before and she loved this one). Although this is a great deal, I think it would not be useful for very long.

I’m a huge fan of the Boppy. Used to nurse my three children all past 1 year and its still in fairly good condition.

Don’t waste your $. Your better off putting your money toward the Brest friend or boppy. I have all 3 and this pillow is useless for nursing

  5. Sarah

Thank you for your helpful comments! I didn’t use one with my son and my back paid for it! I will definitely be going with the boppy brand for our newest addition, no need to waste money!

If you had back issues I would consider the my brest friend. I have a boppy and a lactation consultant recommended the brest friend.,. You can Velcro it so it stay up higher and baby stays on great! I love it and no back pains πŸ™‚

I agree with Hollie, I like the boppy for positioning the baby for tummy time and learning to sit up, but not so much for nursing. The Brest friend is nice because it doesn’t slip around so you can use for nursing in lots of different positions and relax while you are doing it. Also, while the baby is still tiny and doesn’t have much head control, the Brest friend provides the support and height you need to get the baby close enough to you. I had to pile pillows under the boppy to get the baby close enough to nurse lol.

I saw one at goodwill yesterday and was so happy I never ordered one in the past… It was tiny! No way it would work well for nursing.

These work great for holding the computer comfortably on your lap while looking at hip2save! I know i am doing it right now! πŸ˜‰

  8. bernadett

Yes.. it is nothing like a boppy. No good.

  9. JS

I have one sold my daughters boppy. Found out I was pregnant on a budget. I bought this one. Yes its smaller. Its softer then a boppy so its not as sturdy. Honestly I had issues bfing with a boppy too. I used a breast friend at a friends ironic I know πŸ˜‰ but I loved it. But this does do the job I’m laying on the pillow now actually.

I agree don’t waste your money.

This looks way too flat. Even the boppy was too flat for me and I bought the Brest friend this 2nd time around.

Just had to chime in. I’ve had 6 kids. No nursing problems until I reached #4. It’s been a bit different with my 4th, 5th and 6th… If I could any piece of nursing advice, it would be to get the Brestfriend pillow… If a newborn is starting out wrong, put them in the football position right away. You’ll have a LOT more control over training their suck. I did this with my 6th because he was starting out wrong… About a week or so of the football hold ( off and on) really helped to train him to suck right. I know they are all different, but I had to throw that piece of advice in there for anyone who has struggled a lot with nursing like I have. πŸ™‚

Horrible pillow! Very cheaply made. These are no good for breast feeding. Super small. Don’t waste your money.

Yea all of this company’s products seem very cheap and sub-par compared to similar products ( I got a ” free” sling and then found out they are always free plus expensive shipping) . It’s almost a scam- like business. They alwayssss give out free codes for all their products and just overcharge on shipping to make a profit. And please don’t take this the wrong way ( because I am truly grateful for all your amazing hard work and help) but I’m a little disappointed to see these products always advertised. But maybe someone is in the market for a new little laptop pillow, right? πŸ˜‰

    • Anna

I agree; they seem like a weird business that always gives “free” codes/coupons but then just overcharges on shipping. Sure they can do this but it’s just shady to me, I don’t like companies that aren’t straight shooters…not to mention that they don’t even make quality products! I am pregnant and have gotten the “free” codes/coupons from several different places now (hospital tour bag, motherhood store goodie bag when I made first purchase, hip2save, babycenter emails, etc). And $12.90 is not even a good deal for a little laptop pillow!
