Has anyone done a store pick-up before? I know that Wal-Mart will give you the lower price if they sell it cheaper in store, but I can’t find anything to that effect on Target’s website.
I would love to know if they did this too!

From what I’ve been told in the past, they can’t hold clearance items.

***Only call if the store is a substantial distance that you have to travel. An employee can easily just say no we don’t have any left and in reality they may have just bought the last one for themselves.

All of the cubicle storage system stuff was on clearance at my Target. I only buy this stuff at garage sales because I’m to ADHD to put together (and cheap) but a good deal if you don’t like garage sales.

The ice cream maker for Kitchen Aid was full price at my store. I even told my husband we had to stop for me to check one thing. haha. I will be a hawk about it. I waited a year for a pillow to go clearance that matched my bedspread. I shall persevere 🙂
I do this too!! I also call friends and family that I see pretty frequently in other towns. If they have what I want on clearance, my friends buy it and hold it for me. I send them a check. I do the same for them.

Off topic, but related. My target had certain 16 piece Corelle sets on clearance for $34.99. They also had individual plates for $3.48. They both qualified for the ibotta rebate of $5 for set and $1 for single. If you do both the single plate (or bowl) AND the box set, you earn an extra $1 bonus. After ibotta. I paid $32.47 plus tax (and little bit less for using Red card) for a brand new 16 PC set plus one extra plate.
