I had a question about target coupon policy. In your video you mentioned using free product coupons. I thought target does not accept free coupons as per their coupon policy “We do not accept internet coupons for free items with no purchase requirements.” I used to always go to CVS for using them..
You can use free product coupons that you’ve received from the manufacturer. They don’t accept internet printed ones.

Such a fun video with your dad! I also noticed your staples video from 4/30 which I missed that week, I have IBS-D. I wrote a comment attached to that video, I have been on the low fodmap diet for 6 months. If you want to chat or need some resources, etc….please let me know. 🙂

Thanks Collin! My biggest tip with the low fodmap diet is to really follow it for about 6 weeks, then add one trigger (high fodmap) food back in, such as a cup of yogurt or a bite of red onion…wait like 2-3 days and see how you feel, then add more if you tolerate it. If you don’t tolerate it, you can either try less of it (1/2 cup of yogurt) or wait and test again in a few weeks. Biggest thing is to test one food at a time so you don’t get confused what contributes to your symptoms. Good luck, IBS is no fun but hopefully the diet can help! E-mail me anytime if you want to vent! 🙂
