I called and talked to customer service about the majestic home goods loungers I ordered and they told me when they were in stock again they would honor the sale price and coupons as long as I kept my order number and ordered over the phone. I’ll just check their website every week to see if they become available agin. We shall see. I was really hoping to use them as great Christmas gifts 🙂

If any pieces arrive broken, call your local Kohl’s to see if they’ll exchange the broken item for you. The one near me is great about doing that as long as they have it in stock. 🙂

Yeah its just onw set but they are great dishes. It’s kindof like when you buy nice china or silverware and buy it by piece or place setting. Definitely worth the money and fiesta has been around forever and the old stuff is worth quite a bit of money

Great quality dishes if any one was wondering. Have had mine for 11 years and they look brand new, haven’t had any chip or break (with two kids in the house). I was told that the dark colors do show scratches from knife marks over time – hth.
Very upset with Kohls. They just cancelled an order for the outdoor pillows you featured on this webpage. No reason given. They waited a while to cancel too. I ordered an outdoor rug from o.com to compliment the pillows from Kohls…the rug arrived and a couple days later, I received the cancellation notice. Now, I have no pillows that will go with the rug. Very inconvenient…as I’m not going to return the rug because it is a pain to do it. I think I’m done with Kohls.
karen don’t give up on kohls, they have excellent customer service! Call them and tell them you’re upset and they’ll honor the price when the item is back in stock. They’re always willing to do that for me. I once got a $70 pair of shoes for $5 cause they felt so bad for cancelling my memorial day order. My thing is I’m always super friendly to them cause I’ve worked customer service before so they go above and beyond 🙂
Yeah, a jacket for dd that I ordered before Christmas (on last day of in time for Christmas delivery) was delayed one day and they sent it for free. They do have good customer service.
Not for me – just spent 30 minutes with them because they won’t honor a price for an item that sold out even though I have an incident number for it and was told when I initially called that the price WOULD be honored. 🙁

Bought 6 place settings for $96. When I selected the sets to be placed in my shopping bag, it said the color was not available, yet it showed up in my shopping bag. I went ahead and placed the order and am taking my chances that it may show up. I have had Fiesta for 25 years, and a couple of plates have chipped, so I need the replacement sets. LOVE these dishes! Are the 4 pc sets and the 5 pc sets the same other than the cup style and the saucer? They look the same but I like the cup style better on the 5 pc set better but I wouldn’t mind having a few of the colors of the 4 pc set to mix in there too. I really love the plum and turquoise.
The 4 piece mug is larger. I like a lot of coffee so that’s pretty important to me. 🙂
I do not like the handle style of the 4 piece mug, but it is larger. However, I’m a tea drinker, so I’m not sure if larger matters to me. debating!

many of the color sof dishes are out of stock, though it doesn’t show until you attempt to complete purchase, unless your screen said thanks for placing your order, your order number is in big black bold letters, you do not have an order
I love Fiestaware. Good quality stuff. My place settings all came from the factory “seconds” store in WV (1 hr from where I live.) If you’re ever in the area, check it out. There are great deals to be had there.

I desperately WANTED the fiesta dinnerwar, but didn’t NEED the fiesta dinnerware so I talked myself out of it and did 9 kohls orders for things I did need. For a total of 265 dollars, i got my teenage daughters numerous pairs of jeans, a few dresses, shirts, socks, water shoes for myself and them, a few teeshirts for 10 year old, 4 faberware pots, and 2 cirulon pans … I got some great deals! Did an order the other day with the just4u and beach30 codes and wasn’t smart enough to break it up, could have saved another 30…plus i forgot to use my 10 in kohls cash today, but oh well

The toddler socks shipped. I’m not holding my breath that the dishes will actually ship. Kohl’s is a constant let down in the cancellation department. I think they are going down hill really fast especially after how they exchange/return items purchased with Kohls cash now.
Kristin I was thinking the same thing, but at least they can’t say the pricing was an error this time because the Fiesta is advertised for $29.99 right on the front page of their mailer catalog along with the $10/$50 home purchase coupon. If they cancel they are going to have alot of angry customers (me for sure!). I was so disappointed they canceled my Magestic orders, crossing my fingers they don’t cancel this one.

the only time ever that I’ve had an item cancelled is it is out of stock. I’ve been shipping kohls 8 years and have never had them just willy nilly cancel orders. In the past they have sent me a 20 dollar code for cancelling, an apology email, and a page of similar items. I think their customer service is above and beyond. Though I do hate the way they return/exchange with kohls cash and they are double dipping on our money they way they do it now and I’ve complained to corporate 3 times so far, as we all need to do
