We have infinity, got it last year for my boys for Christmas, but it can’t be two player on the wii so it’s not as fun for my kids who can’t play together even though it’s a cute and fun game. I’ve heard sky landers you can play more than one player though.

Walmart Black Friday newbie question about the TV: I want either the 40″ TV ($115 pre-Friday deal starting 8am Nov 21, “in store only”), or the 50″ TV ($218 in store between 6pm-7pm only on Nov 27 with “1 hour guarantee.”) Which one is more achievable? I’d rather not have a TV, than to go to the store and still end up not having one. If I go to Walmart tomorrow morning on Nov 21, is it very possible the 40″ TV would be gone? Do you have to be there very early to put the TV in your cart, then wait till 8am to check out? Or is it easier to wait for the 50″ TV, which as long as you’re at Walmart at 6pm on Nov 27 you will get the deal for sure with their 1 hour guarantee? I never shopped in-store for Black Friday so have no idea what obstacles I might encounter. TIA!!!

Mine was cancelled too, so I ordered it from Toys R Us for $39.99 + I got a free trap ($6.99 reg). I added another gift I needed to get to the free shipping amount so to me it was a better deal. Exact same thing happened to me. I ordered it around 9:40 EST (my hubby was checking every 10 mins) way before it was posted here. I ordered it for Xbox 360 with free site to store pickup. I received an email at 10am this morning that my order was cancelled. I raced over to my Walmart and buried behind several Wii Trap Team kits was the one and only Xbox 360 one left in the store. They had tons of all the other versions just not the Xbox 360 one. Definitely still try going to a store if you can!

I got excited when I saw that the Trap Team was on sale this morning. I got up early, went to my local Wal Mart and asked the following question. “Does the $37.00 sale price count toward what I have on lay away?” The answer from Wal Mart was as follows – “We are currently out of the Trap Team so no. If, the online store indicates that their are still Trap Teams available on line, then Wal Mart can discount any layaway purchases to the online sale price. If the product is sold out online, and the product is in a cusomer’s lay away stash, then the original price remains.”
Have any of you had similar experiences? Is this standard Wal Mart protocol? I need to check the rest of my lay away purchases to see if I can score lower prices than when I put the things on layaway. Gotta love layaway – makes it easy to hide gifts from my kiddos!
