Yesterday I received $5 in points with no minimum purchase. Today I received an email for $10 when you spend $75.

Yes I agree with gqmama, I received the $10 off of $75. Maybe good deal for major holiday shopping but for this mama it’s not really a great deal.

just saw your email after i placed my order I did the 48coutn battery deal with the 10 in pts first, then scored a doc mcstuffintoy and birthday present and a set of hangers (to bump it up to 35) for 19.88 🙂 I had a 5 off 35 coupon

i dont understand shop your way. I have $7 in surprise rewards. When I am on kmarts site and checking out it does not come off my total. When I try to buy the item through shopping at shop your way rewards site it still doesnt come off my total. what am I doing wrong??

On mine, it specifies what you can use it on. I got $10 off 50 purchase but only for clothing, shoes and jewelry at Sears. So maybe yours is only for sears? Sometimes I get surprise points that only work at Kmart too.
Yea, it’s the fine print you have to read on each coupon, reward, etc. Always read before you start shopping to understand why something won’t work. Also, if you are buying something from one of their “trusted partners” or market place, surprise reward points won’t work I believe. It has to be a Sears or Kmart merchandise to use points.

I got the email $10 off $75 last night.
Yesterday for the 2nd time this month, I found a purchase (man’s shirt & women’s bra) in my SYW account showing up that I didn’t buy and husband didn’t either (bra, you know, haha). I called SYW to say the purchaser would miss out on their points. Nice women said, it happens if the customer or clerk puts in the wrong phone number at register. Make sure you name shows up on the register or whatever when you put your phone number!
This wrong purchase on my SYW will only come off if the customer goes into store and returns the items. Then repurchases it again so they get the points.
