Keep refreshing the page. I finally got through. Even when I hit submit, it went back to the error page, but I kept refreshing, go back to the page where I entered my info (info was still entered), and though it kept happening, at the bottom of the page, it told me I was only allowed one sample, meaning my info finally went through. 🙂 Thanks Colin!
It won’t let me refresh, but I can hit the back button…it takes me back to the page but have to re-fill out the form. My form seems t go thru but it doesn’t say anything. When re-enter it I get the same thing. I have o idea if it went thru or not. I really wanted to try this but i think the hour or 2 I have spent is enough. It’s crazy that these sites crash like this.
