Keep in mind that shipping is $8.95 or free on $50 orders or you may be able to choose free store pickup if available.

It seems like it has been awhile since they had a free ship code for cardholders. Should we expect one soon?
It’s usually once a month. The last cardholders sale was about November 11-20. Or something like that. If that helps. I saw someone said the 9th. But I haven’t seen anything else about it.
How do I use fireplace code in store?
If you have kohls app on your cellphone you can add the code to your kohls wallet in the app and show it on your phone in store.
Just tell the cashier you have codes and they will enter it manually. You can stack codes in store as well.
Can I order from the kiosk inside and get free shipping? The item I want is online only.

Free shipping when you use the app to make a purchase when you are in the store. Much easier than dealing with the kiosk. I had to turn my location on to activate the free shipping.

I read from another member that she sits out in the parking lot (close enough to get on Kohl’s wifi) placing an order and getting free shipping. I’ve never tried but it’s worth a shot if your stores kiosks are broken.

I typically buy something paid for entirely with kohls cash…then choose store pick up, so I don’t pay shipping. Then I pick it up and return it. Yes, it’s much more “leg work” HOWEVER- I am issued a merchandise credit in the amount of the kohls cash spent, which does not expire, and also qualifies for the free shipping (so long as the minimum is met- I just did this with $90 in kohls cash), AND allows me to use any available promotions- ie, I can now go through ebates for the 6 or 8% cash back and also successfully apply any percentage off or dollar off coupons. It may sound crazy but it works and it’s worth it if you have larger amounts of kohls cash- just a tip!

Is there anything you can do if you misplaced your kohls cash? I just moved and I can’t find my kohls cash… I was counting on it to buy stuff for my first apartment.
Just log into your account on their site. Under account, you can view your Kohls cash. I’m not sure, but I think you can print your Kohls cash from there (at least that’s how it works when you’ve earned cash online). I’m not sure about when you earned cash in store. HTH

No, free shipping is reached at $50 after all discounts, including Kohl’s cash. :-/
no because when you pay with kohl’s cash it doesn’t count towards the $50 you need for free shipping. That’s one of the pits about Kohls cash… and the discounts don’t apply towards the amount you pay in kohl’s cash either.
This is a bit off topic but still pertains to Kohl’s. So last month we bought a Dyson when they were running the 30% off for Kohl’s cardholders. Now,the SAME one is on sale and when used with FIREPLACE code has a difference in a little over 60!! Do they allow returns on items when purchased within 30 days? I was thinking of going ahead and buying the Dyson now and returning the other one Monday?
You should be able to return it but if you used the Kohl’s Cash you received from that purchase they will deduct that amount from your refund. Hope that helps.
As long as it’s the exact same model of vacuum cleaner, I don’t see why you couldn’t purchase it again and use your first receipt to return one of them. I would make sure to verify that the item numbers match for sure. Good luck!

Yes. I just did this the other day. I called customer service and they asked for the date and transaction number off my receipt and they were able to apply the Yes2You reward.
