I live in Southern California with affiliate Ralph’s. The yogurt isn’t available to us, but this link leads to the Free Friday download of a Nissin Chow Mein 4 oz.
I’m also in SoCal. And while Ralph’s doesn’t have the free yogurt coupon, I went to Food4less when I select my store on the website. Food4less has the yogurt. I clicked on it and when I signed in again on Ralph’s, the free yogurt and chow mein are there!

I shop at Kroger’s since that is the only thing I have around here and they always work since they are Kroger freebies. I used the Kroger app to download them
How do you get both?? When i click on the link in the post, it takes me to the chow mein only. (We have Ralphs)
Not sure but I beleive its because I log in using Kroger has my store, since that is what I have where I live. You may want to change your store to Kroger and see if the yogurt shows up. If so, try loading it then checking under your normal store and coupons loaded to your account. Hopefully that helps

I dont have a Kroger here, but does anyone know if a different grocery store would honor?
If your store is an affiliate, check its coupons, a lot of affiliate stores are having a freebie daily. If your store is not a part of the Kroger brands, it will not be honored.

Yes it does & you can earn points on your shopping at food4less plus all the coupons work there.
