The place where you enter your code should be a pop-up screen. Maybe you have pop-ups or cookies blocked? Hth
FYI – you can sign up to text in codes to Pampers. I think you just need to go into your profile/account on the site & link your movile number (so they know which account to credit). Then you can text in both promo AND codes from packs. Was a game changer for me! 🙂
