I was also getting frustrated, it said error, not able to complete update at this time.
But I went in an updated my expired credit card into on the SB site the tried again and it worked. I’m not sure why that mattered as I was using a different card with visa checkout. I hope that helps.

Be aware that in the terms and conditions info on the link to the offer, it says that it is for the first 325,000 people and that we are not guaranteed to receive the bonus $10 once they reach that limit. Sounds like you won’t know they’ve reached the limit until after you’ve loaded your initial purchase amount.
