Frozen Lemonade Pie

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Filling::

  • 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, semi-defrosted
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Optional Garnish:

  • extra whipped cream
  • slices of fresh lemon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Let cool completely.

Whip heavy cream into stiff peaks and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine condensed milk and frozen juice concentrate. Fold in the mixture with the whipped cream and pour on top of the cooled pie crust. Smooth out the top and place in freezer overnight or until frozen.

Set out pie a few minutes before serving and garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced lemon if desired.

Hip Tip: You’ll need a 9-inch pie pan or larger because this recipe makes a lot of filling. A short cut option would be to purchase two graham cracker crusts at the store and then stretch the filling between the 2 pies.

You could also try different flavors of frozen juice concentrate for other variations like limeade and raspberry lemonade! The heavy cream can be substituted for a tub of whipped topping like Cool Whip.

    This looks SO good! I make a similar version with either a pack of lemonade kool-aid or 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice!! 😋😋

      I use sugar free crystal light, store bought graham cracker crust, eagle brand milk, and cool whip. I’m sure this one tastes fresher. But if you are in a hurry and need a quick throw together pie it’s great.

    This is sitting in my freezer except I buy graham cracker crusts ($1 at Aldi!) and use lime juice and cool whip. Takes 5min to make and SO yum!

    I used to make a similar dessert but used a half gallon of softened vanilla ice cream and a container of defrosted lemonade concentrate. Mixed together and poured into a 9×13 graham cracker crust. Then freeze.

    I make a similar recipe, except use a 9×13 rectangular dish (pyrex). It really is a huge hit at family parties, usually one of the first desserts to go, once it’s out on the table.
