I can not find the Rewards Program to sign up for on Zappos under the My Account section.
I have a Zappos account, too, and I can’t find the Rewards Program either.
Go to My Account then sign in. After you sign in a new screen pops up & the rewards option is there.
Have to download the app and do it there. Log in, Go to ‘my account at the bottom’ and then the first tab is ‘rewards’.

The app won’t let me accept the terms and conditions in order to sign up for there rewards program 🙁 anyone else having this problem. I have tried a couple times hours apart with WiFi also.
When I tried at first I got an error message then I tried again it kept saying enrolling… However I checked my email and the code was there… So I just clicked out and back in… HTH…

Are you in the zapoos app? Once in app, sign up for the rewards program. Also, u have to already have a zappos account (prior to today ok assuming). I had an account but not the app and wasn’t signed up for loyalty prog. Once, I signed up for the loyalty prog inside the app, I was emailed a code to the email address connected to the zappos acct. Hope this helps.
