I bought one last month. This thing is really soft, the inside feels great to wear and is very comfortable. Seems pretty moisture resistant from breathing heavy. I wore it cycling in 20 degree weather a good breeze and I was ok.
I bought this for our ski trip in January. Not too think, not to thick. Helmet fit fine over it. Kept my head and face warm.
