Tammy says: I recently bought two pair of Levi’s Signature Stretch jeans at Walmart (so comfortable) and they were $20 – and stretchy enough that I can actually breathe in them & that’s a plus!
acgold says: The two best clothing items from Walmart are the No Nonsense denim leggings– they are made by the same company as Hue and the price and fit are so much better. The Sweet Nothing leggings in black in the shaper section are great under tunics and sheer dresses. They were like a dream- I’ve had a few pairs for 5 years and they still look great. They are heavy weight and you don’t see through them.
Leslie says: Another great product that Walmart carries is their sueded leggings. They are usually 5.88 per pair. They may be slightly higher for Plus–I think 7.88. They are buttery-soft and hold up pretty well. I mix them with my “buttery soft” named-brand blouses and really cannot tell a radical difference between the quality of the name brand and the Walmart brand.
Terri says: Their danskin athletic apparel is amazing and very affordable. I buy it there all the time, also the v neck t’s in the Misses and Jrs. department are very good, the prices on their socks and underwear are fantastic, very happy with everything I buy there. Also my favorite handbag was from there I used for a few years and just had to toss it because the inside was pretty nasty.
Helen says: I think their George brand, their British designer line, is made with really high quality fabric.
Meghan says: They have the most amazing workout clothes by Danskin as well as skinny jeans by Lee/Riders.
I have some sweaters from George bought from swap and the quality is great, look like new and color is very good too.

Great job on outfits, couldn’t tell they are from Walmart – with exception of the plaid.
I bought a pair of those jeggings recommended by acgold. They are super comfy, not too thin, no sag like my old jeans. I’m wearing them right now! Also got a baseball style tee that another reader mentioned for $3.
How long do the leggings run? They say Capri length…. I’ve looked at them in the store but didn’t buy them because I’m 5’11” and I’m afraid they’ll only hit mid calf. Ha!
Hi there! I’m 6 feet tall and I find the regular length leggings are actually fairly long. They come just a few inches above my ankle bone. Wear them with boots and no one will be able to tell, but I think they would be plenty long enough.
Love Walmart fashions! I must add that their maternity clothing is very comfortable and affordable! Got a maternity coat (I’m heading into my third trimester) for $15. Michele, please tell me what brand and color paint is that on your walls?

I have that same purple jacket and love it! Got it in black and gray as well! And those NOBO suedes leggings are so comfy and don’t peel! Great quality! Never getting my workout gear from anywhere else that’s overpriced! Some of those legging are marked down right now. Not the capris but, long one and Christmas styles, you can find between $2-$3 in stores!

I love Target but I’m sure more people probably have access to Walmart because they are in more towns. The closest Target to me is an hour north or south and I live in a college town of 20k people. Other than those two, the next Target is 4 hours away on the other side of the state. But I do love me some Target when I get there! 🙂
I drive the extra 30 miles to Target. Our Walmarts are horrible and I have 3 in a 20 mile radius of my house, 5 if you want to include the 2 by Target.
I love that you’re doing this – especially with different body types! 🙂 I’ve gotten some really great clothes at Walmart that have held up just as well as more expensive brands.

I like Walmart clothes, BUT they never have size 2 bottoms, I have try to buy pants so bad there with no luck, they all start at size 4. Sad.

I love the Danskin line!! I’ve been buying hoodies, shirts and workout pants there for several years. I think they are great quality for the price!
I also buy their George brand pants and oxfords for my boys for church. They have held up well and if they get a stain on their white shirt, I’m only out $12.

I looove the Danskin Now kids clothes. I literally just bought my daughter 4 lightweight super cozy sweatshirts (diff colors) last week. I think they were $5 each on sale. They are really on trend and super comfortable. Maybe we feature a kiddo outfit next week?

I have their tank tops in every color from previous years abd every year when I see new colors that I don’t have I get more and always have extra white and bkack and navy ones on hand. Just have to share: last time Collin posted “Run to target!!!!” For the 20% off clearance shoes, I was there within a couple hours. I felt like I saw a lot of hip2savers there…with their kiddos, scooping up the deals…it was like a silent gathering. I was laughing to myself. Now all I gotta do is go to Walmart and look for people clustered together in the women’s section and I’ll exactly where to find the clothes 😂😂😂😂😂

I decided to try the sueded leggings after reading all the stellar reviews. The quality seemed great, but I couldn’t keep them up. They felt like they were sliding down all day. I’ve never had that problem with other leggings. Too big? Too small? Defective? I wish I knew because the price is nice!
I found a bunch of girls George holiday dresses on clearance for $3. I didn’t see the quality others have mentioned and I thought the designs were strange but I thought they’re great for the dress-up box.
I had that problem with leggings at first too now that I buy a size smaller they are just right maybe that will help you too.
what size does the leggings run? Im usually a medium, but don’t know if i should get the leggings in large.
