Love zaycon & their beef but I wish they would go back to the fresh 10 pound rolls VS these fat 1 pound packages

Me too!! I have notice that when they sell anything in smaller packages they are mostly frozen and they are in big chunks packages that makes them take more time to thaw when you are ready to cook them. I actually like the 10 pound rolls, because I can separate into the amounts I need and put them on zip lock bags and I pound them flat, that way it take so little time to defroze. IF YOU RECEIVE A SURVEY FROM THEM PLEASE NOTE IN THE COMMENTS IF YOU PREFER THE 10 POUND ROLLS TO COME BACK, OR IF YOU CAN SEND AN EMAIL, THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

I actually prefer the 1 lb cubes. They stack easy and thaw in about 2 1/2 min on defrost in the microwave.

10 lb log is way too big to use at once (family of four) and I have to spend more money on materials vacuum sealing them into 1 lb packages which I then freeze.

my area has chicken on sale and not ground beef

I know these come in 1 pound packages, but are they like 1 pound rolls or something else?

They are actually more like a cube shape . They are kinda thick. Pretty sure they have a pic with the new packaging on their site
Still great beef of course, I just preferred the rolls. With it being fresh and not frozen, was easy to shape into patties, flatten out, and I always package less than a pound.
