Would this be a better deal than the one currently going on at Target?
It depends on what you need. I feel this is better since I have cats and don’t really want to spend $30 on litter and $30 on food. This deal I can buy a combination of litter and food to reach $40. If you have a dog and only need food the current deal would be better in my opinion since it’s $10 gift card on $30.
