Are these hot? I want to try one because I have panic attacks while I’m falling asleep but I’m a hot sleeper.
If you sleep in a cool room and get the correct weight it should be ok. I find that just using it and no other blankets works perfect. I am a hot sleeper too. I hope your panic attacks subside.
Does anyone know the size (dimensions) of the various weights? Can’t fibd the info on Zulily, or anywhere else for that matter. Thx.
On zulilly site, the size chart for weighted blankets says 41” x 60” for 7 lb and for all other weights 48” x 72”.
Does anyone know of the weights are in the squares? Or do the weights shift to one side? I have a weighted blanket now and struggle with that.
I bought this weighted blanket the last time it was Zulily and I don’t have any issues with the weight shifting. I love it.
