Nothing to do with Macy’s however I have not received my towels from the JC Penney post from late August. Not even a ship notification. Has anyone else had this issue?
I’ve had this happen with other items from them. One time it took 2 months to get a pillow! (Holiday season though.) You can call and ask them to check the status of your order.
I found theses towel very poor quality..
