Had anyone ordered and received theirs? I like the gizeh style and an wondering if the piece between your toes is leather? Such a good price.
They are super comfy. I had a pair last summer and wore them my entire pregnancy. They were the only thing I can wear due to excessive swelling. I had to throw them away when my water broke and flooded them. I’ll be ordering other pair to replace them.
No, it is not leather. It is made of plastic and I find it very uncomfortable. I will get blisters on my toes if I wear them for any length of time. Slowly breaking them in did not help. I love Birks, but I would not recommend the Gizeh style.
And I should also add that these Birks are not made of leather at all. They are made of a synthetic upper.
Anyone knows if they run small or big?
I’m a 9.5 and ordered 10’s last time and they’re huge….returning and ordering a 9 this time.

Birks run true to size and are designed to have a little room at the toes and heal to allow for movement. I am a 9 1/2 in U.S. sizes and I wear a 40 in Birks.
