READ THE REVIEWS. I bought this air fryer in April. It died last month. Evidently that is common for this appliance. And the manufacturer will NOT replace it. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.
I love it, but too have had a few issues. The non stick coating is coming off both the tray and the basket. And I’ve had some digital errors. Customer service was terrible thru email. I called and they were very helpful and quick to ship a new tray. But, I did have to pay shipping.
I will also say though my mother-in-law has had one for a few years now, and never had an issue.
Is anyone know which brand air fryer has good quality and easy to clean? I am looking for a affordable one
We replaced our Vortex with a Ninja. It isn’t cheap, but it has been very reliable and has MUCH better reviews than the Vortex.
I agree with a previous poster. We bought this one last year for Christmas. Used it for 6 months and it died. We had to buy another one.
