Has anyone else had issues with Kohl’s orders lately? I’ve had 2 orders that supposedly shipped but didn’t go anywhere, an order that was delivered to a different state and an order with a sweatshirt that arrived with snags all over it. I have never had so many issues. And I’ve spoken with customer service twice about getting a refund on one of the orders that was quite expensive and I still haven’t received it. I don’t like to complain but I’m getting pretty frustrated with them.

Hi, Does anyone know how to redeem Kohls cash and the mystery coupon? When I enter the mystery coupon code it takes off 30% but once I enter my Kohl’s cash it lowers my discount on all of my items to practically nothing.
Kohls cash comes off first. The coupon only applies to the remaining balance. Sometimes you’re better if saving the kohl’s cash and using it on another order.
