I wonder who is granted free shipping this time? I won’t pay shipping. This company has become so stingy on free shipping. Hopefully there will be something soon for everyone.
Kohl’s essentially ties their free shipping to their credit card. Many of the free shipping codes require you to charge your purchase to their card. There is a work around, if you have a store nearby. If you place an order while on the Kohl’s wi-fi, your order ships free. Some shoppers are able to join the store wi-fi from the safety of the parking lot.

I think the free shipping is for card holders that spend a certain amount of money annually. Try entering this code JANMVCFREE If it won’t take it probably means you haven’t met that annual threshold for purchases
