Did you send Mother’s Day flowers from Costco this year? 💐

The worldwide pandemic has online customers everywhere seeing delays in package deliveries with “Track My Order” turning into the newest HOT button around.

And, this holiday weekend is no exception. Citing unforeseen circumstances across the globe, Costco is beginning to notify some members that their floral orders are being canceled.

Before you rush to check your email, it might help to let you know that Costco is apologizing for this inconvenience by offering customers a FULL refund on their flower order PLUS $20 in Costco Cash!

Our Order Notification states that the $20 Costco Shop Card should arrive by mail within two to three weeks. It’s no Mom’s Day bouquet, but it IS a kind gesture to right an unexpected wrong.

If you didn’t receive an email for a refund (don’t forget to check your spam!) and your flowers don’t arrive on time, be sure to contact Costco’s customer service to see if they can help you out!

      Oh! I’m so sorry! I hope they refund you soon and apologize! I always have horrible luck with eyeshadow being shipped and broken but I never have a problem with them fixing their mistakes.

    I will sadly no longer order things from Costco online. This happens way too frequently (3/4 of my last orders were canceled) and I’m still fighting to get my money back, 2 months later from the last one. This makes me sad because I love Costco.

    I ordered flowers for both my kid’s teachers this week for teacher’s appreciation week from FTD and they were delivered on time and have same day delivery, too! I will be ordering from them again for sure!

      I ordered FTD for my mother and my two mother-in-laws. One order arrived Friday in a shattered vase, one arrived completely different than online and when flowers were so dead they were brown and falling apart. My moms order for tomorrow was cancelled this morning with no explanation. I order two weeks ago. I’ve used them I. The past with no issues, but this is a deal breaker for the future,

    I got an email that said my flowers would be delivered to my mother on Monday. Grrrrr! I called and found out the flowers were coming from a vendor in Columbia! So disappointing that Costco would not use a US company during this time!

    Went to Costco today and while they had some flowers, no roses. A lady that works for Costco said there was a landslide.
