Did you send Mother’s Day flowers from Costco this year? 💐
The worldwide pandemic has online customers everywhere seeing delays in package deliveries with “Track My Order” turning into the newest HOT button around.
And, this holiday weekend is no exception. Citing unforeseen circumstances across the globe, Costco is beginning to notify some members that their floral orders are being canceled.
Before you rush to check your email, it might help to let you know that Costco is apologizing for this inconvenience by offering customers a FULL refund on their flower order PLUS $20 in Costco Cash!
Our Costco.com Order Notification states that the $20 Costco Shop Card should arrive by mail within two to three weeks. It’s no Mom’s Day bouquet, but it IS a kind gesture to right an unexpected wrong.
If you didn’t receive an email for a refund (don’t forget to check your spam!) and your flowers don’t arrive on time, be sure to contact Costco’s customer service to see if they can help you out!
In the meantime, you still have a couple days to replace that gift – we have some great ideas for Mother’s Day gifts here!
