Thinking it over? Check out these ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews…

The order process, scheduled delivery, and related communication, and installation were FLAWLESS. Very impressive ordering with Costco. I am a front loader user for +15 yrs and our Kenmore Elites may they RIP. These LG units are just as good and even better. Great cleaning performance as well as drying in no time. The washer has a double pump – very important. They both run quite and low vibration. Well worth the money!

This is a brand new model that just came out in April. We ordered Black Steel, which is a brand new color too, with matching pedestals. Once they arrived in our city, we needed to log in and select a delivery date. They were delivered & installed in exactly two weeks from the order date and Costco’s price included everything needed for the install. The installers were great and hauled away the old units.

The washer/dryer looks really nice and work excellent. The clothes come out of the washer almost dry, which reduces the drying time. Tons of settings to choose from. Much faster cycle times than our old units. Highly recommend.

Our town’s first Costco is being built so we don’t have a store yet and I don’t have a membership. Can I buy a membership online and they will deliver it to my house or does there have to be a physical store in my city to get it delivered and set up?

Hi Sheri! You can grab a Costco Membership deal here – https://hip2save.com/tips/costco-membership-deal/

You may be able to purchase online for delivery if available in your area. It looks like you can enter your zip code when clicking through the link above, to check for a delivery date. Hope that helps!

I purchased this washer and gas dryer just over a year ago from Costco and I LOVE it!! It had been a while since a new washer and dryer were in my life so I may be overly impressed just from that factor but I have no complaints with this washer and dryer. Very nice! Idk what the price difference is btw gas and elec but my set was $1600 plus tax, free shipping and delivery in April 2020.

Oh awesome! Thanks for letting us know how much you have been loving this set!

my brother is a repairman for appliances – he will not service LG or Samsung – why? because they break often and you CAN not get parts – months, you must wait – so while these look pretty – they dont last – I am sure some of you got lucky and your LG and Samsung work great – but its really not the what my guy in the field sees – buyer beware

I have heard the same thing about them being more prone to breaking, however I got a great deal on my Samsung fron load washer and dryer about 7 years ago and have never had an issue. I am not sure about the parts being on back order for months but what I recommend is if you have Consumer’s Energy for your electric/gas company, they have an appliance repair program where you pay like $15 a month and they repair your covered appliances for free which includes labor and parts. When I bought my older home, it came with older appliances and have called them twice for my fridge, once for my previous washer, once for my furnace and once for my A/C and everything was free and fixed with new parts within 24 hours 🙂

I heard the same thing. We have been staying away from those brands. We have several friends with those brands and all that they have is trouble. One bought a fridge and within a week the mother board went out. It was still under warranty so they were lucky because most of them go out right after the warranty has expired. Currently looking for a new fridge and stove. Do you know if whirlpool is a good brand for these? I know it’s a kitchenaid company and we have had great luck with kitchenaid.

Oh and I should add that even the sales person at the store told us that. I was impressed when I saw that LG has a 2 year warranty for the ice makers, well that’s because they were so bad that people stopped buying them. The sales person even said that it was so bad repairing the ice maker that LG replaced the entire fridge before they could fix the ice makes 😬 hence the new warranty. That’s for fridges, I know it’s the same with their other appliances

I had an LG front loading washer/dryer for about 12 years before replacing, never had an issue. That said I replaced with top loaders last year and highly recommend over front, much easier to keep clean.
