I absolutely love my new nugget ice machine. It took me about 6 months to decide on whether to buy this product or not because of the price. It was “pricey” and normally I wouldn’t spend this amount on an item such as this, but I truly believe purchasing this item was a good decision. It is easy to use, maintain and my entire family is drinking more water now.
Years ago, I worked at the corporate office of a company that used this kind of ice in all our shops. I became hooked on this, and after I left the company, I thoroughly embarrassed myself filling up my cups (or two-gallon zip-loc and on occasions, ice chest) with “the good ice”. When COVID19 hit, many places that sort of rolled their eyes at my ice fetish, were not willing to allow me to fill my (whatever) with ice, so I finally sprung for this unit. It’s been about six months, and I have no regrets. I find the “regular ice” totally inadequate, and now my only concern is that I use this so much, the motor will go out a few months after the one-year manufacturer warranty expires. If it does, I’ll buy another without hesitation. I am beyond thrilled with this purchase, and if I could give ten stars, I would.
This is the best spent money! Our household had one and one of us moved away and wanted to take Opal with her. I had to buy her this one so we could keep the original one I purchased. I don’t want to live without my nugget ice.

We have one of these in our kitchen! It’s our favorite thing! Doesn’t really add on to our electric bill at all, works quickly and efficiently, and is cheaper than an under counter. This is a great deal 🙂
