Here’s how Suzanne combined beauty deals and coupons to score a rock bottom price on a new makeup collection!
“It’s a great time to score super inexpensive lipstick at CVS! Right now, CVS seems to be turning over their cosmetic inventory and as a result, many items have 40 and 50% off yellow stickers on them.”
“These items still count toward ECB deals. As you know, Extra Care members have the option of adding coupons to their card (loyalty account)… and lately they’ve had several make-up coupon offers, including Revlon, Maybelline, Covergirl and L’Oreal.
THEN, you can stack that with the general $1-2 off coupons they offer (these normally have a short expiration window). So it’s a triple stack: 40-50% off + cosmetic manufacturer coupon + CVS dollar off store coupon.”
“In the past few weeks I have purchased 11 lipsticks, 3 liners and one box of cookies (Gold Emblem Raspberry & Crème cookies) for less than $5 total out of pocket (over the course of two weeks). The cookies were on sale and I had a Gold Emblem $2 off coupon in my account!
This deal is NOT tied to a sale date. Get out there while there is still inventory. All types of makeup was discounted but I found mostly lipsticks in abundance.”
