My husband gave me a custom star map for our anniversary 2 yrs ago. Super cute!
Aww, SO sweet! Glad to hear what a cute gift it was, Tricia! Thanks for sharing! āš
So we are now giving our husbands gifts for valentines day- no thank you!
Really? I have given my husband a gift on Valentine’s day for 18 years. After all, he is my valentine as much as I am his.
I luv any reason to do something special for my husband, including holidays, including Valentines Day. Are women not supposed to give Valentines gifts to their significant other?
Umm, yes. He deserves to be shown love too.
My husband and I donāt celebrate Valentineās Day, as we both think itās overrated and donāt need a special day to show our love for one another, it should be shown everyday. However, if we did celebrate it, then YES, why would we not give our husbands a Valentineās Day gift: women arenāt the only ones who should be on the receiving end. Itās like the saying Happy Wife, Happy Life. No, how about Happy Spouse, Happy House! It goes both ways! Everyone should go listen to āTo be a Manā by Dax and Darius Rucker They donāt always get the credit they deserve!
Could try the crafty way and make your own beef jerky bouquet for a fraction of the price =)
Great idea too, Lynne. š
I like to make my husband a nice dinner.. last year I did steak, shrimp and cauliflower risotto. I may make the same meal as he absolutely loved it. I dress up the table with anything red, pink, white, silver, gold i can find.. i use fake flowers, charger plates and the nice china. We didn’t have wine but used wine glasses for fun. Use what ya have… no need to spend extra money in this economy if you are struggling like some of us are. š
