    Just wanted to mention that we had a horrible experience with Ashley furniture. Not sure if these items are in stock, but we had to wait 5 months to get furniture that was promised to us in 8-10 weeks. Customer service is horrible and no one knows what they are doing. Multiple calls, deliveries scheduled and cancelled, and we finally got our bed only to have it dinged and scratched up. Might be a completely different story if items are in stock, but I certainly wouldn’t purchase from them again.

      I’m so sorry you’ve had that experience, Renee! I’ve seen a lot on the web lately of these same experiences, but with lots of furniture companies. I think they are all having a hard time getting stock.

      I waited 5 months for my sofa to get delivered. It was delayed 3x.

      Hi Renee, I had the exact same experience with Ashley Furniture recently. Not only did we wait forever but it was damaged as well. The worst part was the “out sourced” delivery drivers. They were downright mean! When the put the legs on our dining room table one of them was upside down😩😂 We were shocked by how unprofessional they were!
      However, the employees in customer service were nice but it was absolute confusion on their end as well. We finally had to cancel the order. Horrible experience!

    I’ve been waiting months for my bedroom set from Ashley. I’m convinced it’s never coming at this point, and I would shop for furniture elsewhere.

    It’s been years now, but we ordered our couches from Ashley furniture. They did not hold up at all. Our reclining seats were broken within months of normal use.

    Very low quality furniture. Turns out our Ashley Furniture sectional’s cushions are held up by a “hammock”. Our hammock broke after less than a year so my husband drilled in 2×4’s to hold up the cushions.

    I had the worst experience with Ashley’s home store furniture. I’m a super nice person and i would never just complain for no reason. But I purchased a dining table and chairs, bed, vanity and two large dressers. Long story short it took about 6 months to finally get all of my furniture. It wasnt so much the time it took to get them initially. It was the fact that the furniture had issues that required having to be replaced and that’s what took the longest. Not just on one piece but 3 pieces! I gave this company a try and even gave it a second chance. I will never purchase from this store ever again. The people that work there are super nice at first but then you encounter the Worst customer service when you call them to have items replaced because items show up with issues. They act is if your at fault. All in all it was an exhausting experience. Yes they have great deals but the experience is not worth it.

      SaraJT….Exact same experience for us too!! So we decided to give Macy’s a try. BIG MISTAKE!! They were 10x worse! After 3 failed deliveries due to damaged merchandise the fourth time was horrible. The delivery guy tells us we have 5 min. to look our furniture over for damage. Seriously?? This is more of an inconvenience to us! My husband ended up getting into it with the delivery guys and we had to kick them out of our house. Our last try was through Costco online. They were awesome!! No issues whatsoever. This definitely has a lot to do with Covid, lack of good employees, and merchandise being delayed sitting on container ships. Tough times!

    Just purchased two full size mattresses and 1 queen bedframe on Saturday. We received the mattresses in the mail today. The bedframe will be here tomorrow.

    We bought our sectional 10 years ago and it is still in great shape from them! We bought our master bed frame and dresser in 2019 and had no issues. Most of the issues in the last year are from manufacturing warehouses not have employees, raw materials and then truck drivers available. There’s a chain effect happening which is causing major delays in every industry. Most companies can always do better In customer service but a lot of time they don’t have an true ETA because things change at every point between an item being made and getting to the customer.
