I am a rewards member but haven’t received any coupons through
the mail or in the app for over a year. I just called customer service and was going to be on hold for a very long time, so they sent me a link for online chat. Of course, it wasn’t a real person and when I requested speaking to someone, they said there were 18 people waiting in front of me! GEEZ! Has anyone else had any luck getting through to customer service or stopped receiving coupons?
Oh no, Cheri! 😞 That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after being a rewards member for a while now. You might log-in to your account and double-check your marketing and mailing address and preferences to be sure they’re accurate and set to receive those. Another tip that I’ve found that helped me to start receiving them again was to make an in-store purchase. Once I did that, I started to consistently receive the mailed coupons each month again. ❤️ Hoping these tips are helpful!
