Down vote for Bella’s warranty. We’ve owned several Bella products over the years. We had a griddle break after a handful of uses. Their customer service dept asked for photos of the griddle serial number and a description of what happened. They said they would replace it under their warranty. However, after sending the items initially requested, they asked for more proof. They wanted a copy of the receipt. No problem. Sent that. Then they asked for video showing the griddle didn’t heat up. Not sure how to prove that but I sent the four second video. Their server could not handle the four second video so I trimmed it and sent it back. It bounced back again. Not sure how they ask for video evidence when their server can’t handle a two second video. At this point, I’d fulfilled all that they asked and tossed the griddle thinking they were done asking for evidence. THEN, they asked for me to send a pic of the cut cord. The problem is that, believing I’d fulfilled what they asked in their first three emails, I no longer had a cord to cut. They said a cut cord pic was required. Why would you not send all the requirements in the first email unless your intent was to give someone the Tun around? I would’ve happily complied as I did the first three emails. Each email asked for an item, I would send it, then they would ask for something else. It felt like a run around. Why continue to ask for more to prove the issue? I paid a total of $21 and some change. For $21, they opted to ignore my requests to have a supervisor contact me and also decided not to cover the griddle under warranty. I told them their decision to ignore my two requests for a supervisor follow up meant I would now let others know my experience with them so here ya go! I own several Bella products and was happy with them until I had to deal with their run around customer service dept. Just passing along the experience if it’s helpful!

I had the same experience with Bella Bullet Blender. The Rubber Seal Rings Gaskets broke & other time the jar broke, all still under warranty period. I wrote them email, after asking for product serial no. purchase date & picture, they just stop replying my emails. I just gave up don’t want to spend more time writing emails to their customer service which doesn’t even reply.
