Up your slow cooker game with an Amazon find!

Pop on over to Amazon where Prime members can snag these Crock Pockets Slow Cooker Divider Silicone Inserts for $28 shipped (regularly $39.95) – the lowest price ever!

With these inserts, you can make two appetizers at once or your main entrée and side all at the same time. Unlike using slow cooker liners or aluminum foil, these Crock Pockets can be used more than once and your food won’t accidentally get mixed together!

The one big downside we’ve always felt the Crock Pockets had was the price tag. 🤑 But if you’ve been wanting to try them, we were happy to see they finally were on sale for Prime Day!

Let us know in the comments below – would you use these, and do you think they’re worth the price tag, even on sale?

These reusable silicone dividers are non-stick and dishwasher-safe, and can be easily placed in your 6-, 7-, or 8-quart slow cooker and filled with ingredients. If one side finishes cooking before the other, you can remove the insert that is complete and place it in a separate dish to be served.

But why do they have to be so expensive?! Depending on the size and brand, you may find that you’d pay more for the Crock Pockets than you would for an entire new CrockPot! 😱

You can have one side of your slow cooker making meatballs and the other side keeping yummy buffalo chicken dip warm (or any of your other favorite snacks 😉)!

Check out these rave Crock Pocket reviews…

This is a great product – I love being able to cook two completely different things at once, or two versions of the same thing (spicy/not spicy, salty/not salty, low-calorie/regular). The product is very sturdy and so much better than those flimsy disposable liners that always end up spilling and making a big mess. It holds 2lbs of pecans by itself without falling over or collapsing (see photo). If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate- you’ll get a ton of use out of this.

Love this product! In the past, I’ve tried using two crockpot bags for two sides, and one of them spilled everywhere, such an annoying hassle. I’ve been searching for something like this forever! I bought this for Thanksgiving and made glazed sweet potatoes and an artichoke dip. They were perfect and are such great quality! I couldn’t recommend these Crock Pockets more!

I think this just makes putting together a whole meal so much easier. I can do sides on one side and my main dish on the other. Plus clean up is a breeze.

While the Crock Pockets do have great reviews, there’s a more frugal option to try…

Crockpot with aluminum foil divider to make two dips at a time.

If you don’t own more than one slow cooker – no worries! This life-changing Crock-Pot hack from Reynold’s Kitchens uses aluminum foil and slow cooker liners to create a divider inside your slow cooker. Our recipe creator Lina tried this out and confirms it works great! How genius! 🧠

I have a crockpot that came with dividers and over ten plus years I have not used them once. They are just too small.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your dividers with us Lana!

You can make dividers with foil, there’s no reason to buy any sort of insert unless it’s something you’ll use a bunch

    • Jessica (Hip' Sidekick)

Thanks for the tip on using foil, AtomicPenny!

  3. Amber

You can also do the same with crockpot liner bags

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Awesome! Thanks, Amber! I’ll have to remember that! 🥰

No, I’d love to use them but I would never pay that much for them.
