So, I just recently got into bread making. I had a bread knife that came with our knife block and I just kind of assumed all bread knifes sucked. I was wrong. And it’s not just for bread. Tonight I cut steak with it like butter. And then sliced a loaf of bread. Oh my goodness. No crumbs, no bread smashing, no uneven slices. Just perfectly sliced bread. Though, I’m not sure why I bothered because it was gone in an hour. 🙂
