I’ve Loved Article’s Furniture for Years, & I Have a New Favorite Piece!
My go-to furniture and decor site has yet to let me down! 🙌

To be quite honest, I’ve purchased so many Article furniture pieces in the last couple of years. In fact, I staged a whole house that we flipped last year and the majority of the furniture came from Article (as pictured above). 😍 I was so excited as the person who purchased this home also ended up purchasing quite a few of the article furniture pieces too! 🙌

OK, so back to my love for Article’s furniture…
They have such clean designs and a unique mid-century modern flair – I seriously just love everything! Better yet, their entire selection is available exclusively online which makes shopping from home incredibly simple. 🙌
If you’re anything like me and don’t necessarily feel like you have a designer’s eye, I like that you can totally copy the looks pictured on their site. This helped me a ton when I was staging a prior home flip. I also really like that they allow customers to leave reviews and personal pics – unlike Pottery Barn and West Elm. This is so helpful before making a big furniture purchase.
I’ve been accumulating so many amazing Article pieces I thought it was about time I tell you guys what they’re all about! They offer such great pieces, have wonderful customer service, and every single piece I’ve bought is high-quality and designed to last – starting with my current living room!
From my tufted couch to the sleek modern coffee table and the perfect rocking chair accent piece, I absolutely love this whole space!
I’m also a big fan of how well all of their furniture pieces coordinate together! It makes me feel like I have a professionally curated room without having to hire an interior designer.

Article was the first place I looked when I was shopping for a new table since their selection is more reasonable compared to higher-end brands like West Elm and CB2 that offer the same styles but are priced way more.

Let me first start by saying if my husband put this shelf together, then anyone can do it! LOL! It really stuck out to me because it’s such a unique piece of furniture and has a fun design to display some of my favorite decor pieces.

Hey there! So the piling does come back on that specific couch I guess due to the materials. It also really depends on the amount of use the couch gets. I do have to use my fabric shaver every few months but that really takes care of the issue. Love that gadget. 😆Hope that helps!

Yes, the living room & bedroom rugs are both from Article. I love their rugs – such high quality and thicker than the rugs I’ve gotten from Wayfair.

I would love to see a post with tips on choosing contractors, ways to save money, etc. We always seem to have the WORST luck finding contractors that do decent work and follow through.

It’s not just you. I am so over contractors or any type of tradsperson in general. Most of them tell us your bathroom job just isn’t big enough for us to do find someone else. It took us 2 months to finally find someone to resurface our bathtubs. We couldn’t use two of them because of the leaks. Absolutely miserable when everyone is using the master bath. That hasn’t been our only headache either. Flooring…they won’t do just one room. They want the whole house. Electrical, they want to replace the whole panel PLUS do the job we want them to do. The list goes on and on…
I also feel that way when I go to the dentist too. I feel like they are always trying to up sale everything. My husband cam home and asked if I felt pressured into do the fluoride treatment, certain x-rays, fillings redone etc…I hate the direction of our world. I am glad my husband and I have no problem telling people no.
So true about some dentists!!! I like to say that they are the “nicest crooks”. :/ Charge you an arm and a leg for everything and do unnecessary treatments. Not all dentists are like this, fortunately.
It is tough. I have learned to use Angie’s List and cross-reference that with ratings from Google and/or Facebook. Ask around for personal recommendations on Facebook or NextDoor— if someone you know had a good experience, that is more meaningful than an online review, IMHO. You can also ask for recommendations at a local hardware store.
I’ve never heard of Article Furniture. I love that Caliper shelf. Would be perfect for my plants in the dining room.

I just got their Bamba 30” pouf and love it. I got their fabric swatches for their couches and, they seem rough. Do they soften over time?
So it really depends on the couch as they use different materials and some of them are softer than others. I love that you can read through the reviews, I find that super helpful!

Any advice on flooring? We have to update our rental house and it is overwhelming to figure out durable affordable flooring? What kind, brands do you like?

We just had hardwoods installed throughout the current house we’re in and we got an awesome deal at Floor & Decor. I know that a lot of people really like the luxury vinyl plank flooring which is suppose to be super durable and easy to clean. Hope that helps a bit!

This company is terrible, I purchased a sven daybed and needed to get a new pillow for it. They absolutely refused, I offered to pay out of pocket but they didn’t care. I escalated up through the ranks and they just refused. Stay away from this company!
