Everything looks great! except… the brussel sprouts 🙁

    • Rita

Give them another try! They are so good cut in half and roasted with just olive oil, pepper and salt. No soggy innards, just crispy browned leaves. My husband wasn’t a fan either until he tried them roasted. I tried them boiled one time and almost gagged, they were so bad! I can understand why some people think they’re terrible.

I know I keep commenting, but I gotta say the cannoli dip and boozy gummy bears & cinnamon rolls and everything else totally make up for the brussel sprouts 😀 ha!

Thank you for sharing these delicious looking tailgate food ideas. I especially appreciate your use of images, so we can see exactly what the food is going to look like…and get us hungry in an instant! I would love to suggest to those who are not interested in prepping tailgate foods, but still want to host a tailgate party, to consider catering with a local Mediterranean restaurant. The flavor packed, healthy, and often snack sized foods they offer can bring a unique twist to traditional tailgate foods. Thanks again for sharing and good luck to everyone’s teams.
