Iced Coffee Popsicles
yield: 6 SERVINGS
Creamy coffee iced popsicles are the best way to cool down on a hot summer morning!
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups strong coffee
- 1/4 cup creamer (I love sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer)
- 2-3 tablespoons white & dark chocolate chips
Directions
1
Mix coffee with creamer.
2
Place a few chocolate chips at the bottom of each popsicle mold, and pour coffee on top.
3
Place in freezer and enjoy when frozen. Makes 4-6 popsicles depending on the size of your molds.
These look so refreshing Lina. Can’t wait to try 🙂
Love this!!
I’ll be trying this!
The tovola molds are better than the LIFE+ ones found on Amazon. The Tovolo ones are more expensive but do not break when you try to get the pops out like the LIFE+ ones did. Mine just broke after a few uses. My kids think that the Naked brand Mighty Mango smoothies make the best popsicles ever!!!!!
Great idea! Buying some of that juice at Costco next time we’re there. Super healthy treat!!!
Where do you find your Almond Milk creamer? I’ve only seen the tiny little Silk creamers that are nearly $3
My local Albertsons carries it. Brand is called Califia and there’s a few Flavors
Love the idea! Thank you!
Just curious…do you let the coffee cool down completely before adding it to the mold with the creamer?
Yes I did, thanks for asking!
Maybe I can try it with hot chocolate. No coffee for me and mine.
