If you’re looking for a super easy low carb crispy snack, try these tasty one ingredient wafer style cheese chips! They make a fast yummy snack, garnish, or chip substitute. Season cheese with your favorite spices like ranch seasoning, cumin, garlic etc.
shredded cheddar cheese (or any other firmer cheese like Parmesan)
desired herbs & spices (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix any herbs and spices you desire with shredded cheese. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper – do NOT skip this step! Sprinkle about a tablespoon of shredded cheese in a flat circle, leaving about two inches in between for them to spread out. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for about 5-10 minutes until they turn golden brown. Let cool before serving.
