The result is a peanut butter marshmallow cream nostalgic combo known as “fluffernutter” served between two buttery delicate Ritz crackers and then dipped in milk chocolate. You can even sprinkle chopped nuts and seasonal sprinkles for any holiday or celebration as an easy and creative treat.

Ritz Cracker Sandwich Ingredients

Tips to check out before starting on these Ritz cracker fluffernutter sandwiches:

    • This idea is so easy to adapt to taste. You can skip the chocolate and just go with a classic fluffernutter sandwich if you want.
    • Melting chocolate chips in the microwave is super easy. Just add a tiny bit of oil (vegetable or coconut) to avoid clumping.
    • I used a Ziploc bag to “pipe” on the marshmallow creme and peanut butter, and it worked well to keep them consistent and cleaner looking.
